Well I wanted to try this establishment out on their seafood boil. it's said on google that their open today I call four times someone kept hanging up so this my second time trying to get seafood boil because a friend recommend for me to try. Oh well Macon crab house here I come

The food is good but the online ordering is a hassle and thats unfortunate since it’s the only way you can order. I know if I’m having trouble with it others are as well. Then when you say something about it they kind of brush it off like oh well. It’s annoying but Macon crab is right down the street and Warner Robins is 20 minutes away so there are other options if you can’t pick a time.

This place has really good food but I've experience BAD service on several occasions I don't live anywhere near this place and 2 times I've come the wait was RIDICULOUS the THIRD time I came the website said they would be open until 8:00pm made that drive AGAIN only to be told they were closed I hope they do better

Food is delicious, unfortunately their customer service needs some major improvement.I’ve only received decent front desk service when the owner was there. Otherwise, great-tasty seafood. Placing orders online is a breeze, but please expect a long wait. Each time I’ve waited over 30 mins after my scheduled pickup time.

UPDATE:They sent an email saying they were refunding the money. I'll keep looking out for it as it hasn't reached the bank account yet. And for clarity, I worked in Macon, GA for 3 months and patronized this business weekly AND told at least six other people who did the same. Therefore, it is THE BEST CRAB BOIL I've had. Period.I have two google accounts and my reviews of businesses (black and otherwise) hold true. I travel for work and I always leave reviews because I rely on them myself to find good food and fun adventures. ALL businesses should have a working phone number and/or customer service rep (outside of social media) to timely rectify issues. Perhaps they will incorporate this vital component after this review.

Louvenia's Seafood Market has the BEST seafood in Middle Georgia. Their customer service is unmatched. The go above and beyond for everyone of their customers. They treat their customers as though they're family. I'd give them 5 stars any day.

This place is amazing! I have ordered from here and few times. I usually get the combo with shrimp, potatoes, corn, eggs and extra corn. The sauce is so good and it is great value! We have tried some of their egg rolls and they are huge and could be a meal on their own. We tried the seafood egg roll and it was like a seafood dip put in an egg roll meat, breading, and sauce all inside. I tried the chicken bacon ranch one last week and it was so good!! Can't recommend this place enough!

Hello my daughter moved to Macon Ga almost three years ago I had the pleasure of celebrating my 60th bday last year and my bday platter that my eldest daughter queen had gotten for me OMG I ate off of it twice plus I shared her can’t wait to get there next month again get there you won’t be disappointed trust me ??✌?
I have always enjoyed the seafood feast here at Louvenia and the fried items. I can't wait for my next visit...this weekend! Thank you Chell for great customer service!

My visit there was not good. We told the young lady we wanted our seafood in a bag and it was not in a bag. Our corns had a sour taste. And the shrimp wasn't cooked all the way.

This establishment definitely gets a 5⭐ rating from me. This was my first time in the establishment but second time trying their delicious seafood.1st off I would like to say that the cleanliness was over the top, never have I ever walked into a seafood restaurant and it was OCD clean and then it didn't have an overpowering smell.The taste of all dishes were perfected...from alligator bites to lobster tails to crab legs!I live approximately 2.5 hours away, but when visiting my daughter again, I will be back. They did not disappoint ??

I have been here many times in the past since they opened. However, the last few times the food hasn't been up to the quality of taste as it normally does. Today my shrimps and corn was old and seemed to had been put in the microwave. Everyone knows when corn is old the kernels shivers up. But as I said before I have been here several times and lately it just not good. I am not sure what has happened, but the amount of money one spends on a tray. The should never come out this way.
