My boyfriend & I went to this restaurant with his brother while visiting Macon for a concert. We walked in and saw hostesses wearing sweatpants & t-shirts. A hostess took us to a booth. One table had dirty paper on it. Two other booths had napkin containers & condiment containers on the seat. We waited for her to figure out what she wanted to do in order to get us properly seated. We asked if she would remove the items from the seat so that we could sit down. She said in the most rude & disrespectful way, "Dang, y'all can't move the items yourselves!" She went over to the table and threw the items on the table in an aggressive manner. We just told her that we were leaving and walked out. We could not believe what we had experienced while there for a short period of time. Very poor customer service!!

This place has fallen off I used to love coming here. Our server Brandon was not the best we had a large party and I guess since all parties over 6 have 18% gratuity added he felt he didn’t need to go above and beyond. We came for my mom’s birthday and we ordered, she did not get her food until everyone else ate. He did not put her order in. We ordered chilled shots and they were not chilled at all. The food was good but the service was horrible. It took a long time for us to get drinks and food. I hope they do some additional staff training or hire people that would like to work in the service industry.

This place is disgusting. The walls are covered with food stains, it has a nasty sour smell and the workers are not dressed for professional employment.

Me and a couple friends arrived and got sat at a table. 10 minutes go by with servers making eye contact and just walking past. One of the servers even asked I'd we had been helped yet then walked off but 10 minutes went by and still nothing. So we got up and left.
