Worst Marcos ever. Ordered it around 5 and about 30 minutes passed. They don't have a tracker on the app but tells you if it's being made or not. Go to the app and it doesn't say anything. I call them and I get disconnected two times. An hour passes and I see that they're finally on the way with the order. 30 minutes goes by and no pizza. We live about 6 minutes away so I call them again. On the phone for 20 minutes when I hear the doorbell. I get the food and hand her a $100 and want my change back. I was already pissed off by how long it took. She said rudely- 'We're not allowed to carry change anymore.' Then took my 100 and left. The pizza was bad and cold. Do not recommend eating here.

I ordered for my food to be delivered and never received it. I contacted the GM at the store and was given a refund
unfortunately I won't see a refund until 3-5 days so my money is tied up. I called and ask if I can have compensation for my lost because I didn't have anymore money and was told no with no regret.

We have come to LOVE this Marcos for all the right reasons! The staff has been helpful, friendly, let us know of pick up deals when we ask, and have shared new items (such as parmesan cheese and garlic butter on the pizza crust! SO GOOD!)! The pizza has always been fresh, well topped, hot, and ready when they say it will be. The last time we came in Tonda helped us with the phone order (she is the one who suggested to PC & GB on the crust), and she has always been patient as we get the final order in, kind, helpful, and is one of the reasons we have faith in the great staff there! We usually get the meat lovers and supreme pizzas, and they are delicious! Enjoy!Parking: Parking is easy and right there in front of the store!

I just canceled an order for pizza delivery, an hour and a half after I ordered from a store 10 minutes from my house. I ordered it at 2:20 and figured it'd take at least 45 minutes, even though the app said it would only take 30. When the pizza hadn't arrived in an hour, I called the store and a nice man told me that it was out for delivery, they only had one driver, and if the food was cold, he'd "make it right." 25 minutes later and still no pizza, so I called to cancel because no WAY would the pizza be even lukewarm. They must have had a lot of calls, judging by the attitude of the girl who answered the phone. Times are tough, but if you can't deliver when you say you will, you need to let people know - I would have picked it up. (The store is 10 minutes from my house.) Instead, I have to figure out what to feed my folks, and I'm never ordering from those folks again.
