Pizza is perfect every time. Best thin crust in town and the employees are always so nice. The prices are unbelievably affordable and service is fast. So nice to order out and get what you ordered.

The food is great! One of the best in Macon. Some of the most uninspired counter employees, though, and give them an extra 15 minutes to get your order done after you arrive for pick up. Also, the absolute worst phone app and website ordering system imaginable; just figure out what you want and call them instead of trying to figure it out online.

Ordered a deluxe pizza and Salad with chicken for pickup, It was ready when expected. Very tasty and moist pizza with a nice crust but a bit too much tomato sauce.Salad was fine but not much chicken. At the price, it should have a bit more.Overall, met our expectations and would order from here again.Photo: Had eaten most of it by the time I thought to get one.

Got a half and half pizza. Super fresh and hot upon pickup. Good topping ratio. Added extra mushroom and they def gave it to me so i appreciate that. Sauces and sides were all accounted for. Pizza was super good thank you to the Marcos team.

Ordered 4 of the new Pizzolis, to try them out. Got 4 different flavors. Couldn't tell them apart when I got them because they lost track of which was which in the oven/ boxing them up. SO these are like pizza stuffed burritos, baked in the crust. If they were all the same flavor, it wouldn't have mattered. BUT since they didn't know what they had done with each flavor, we had to cut open each one to see what was i it. THAT made eating them an absolute mess. These are eaten in one hand, like a burrito, but all the fillings slide down to the bottom end, so you're basically eating doughy crust until you get to this huge sloppy soup of fillings at the bottom. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT IF the dipping sauces were right... Each flavor gets it's own type of dipping sauce; we could've identified the pizzoli by the sauce except they screwed that up as well.WORST PART IS that there were no other cars in the parking lot when I came in to pick up my carryout order, and ZERO dine in customers as well. The phone never rang while I was there. I was literally the only customer. And it still took them 20 minutes to fix 4 Pizzolis. WRONG.Pizzoli design needs work.This store needs employee training.I cannot recommend either the pizzoli nor this store's service.

Placed my order at 11:35. Arrived to the drive thru at 11:55. The sign at the drive thru said that the bell was broken and to call for service. I called, spoke to a lady after being on hold for 4 minutes, and then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes longer before a man finally came to the window, who told me that my order was in the oven.I was surprised about this and told the man that I had placed my order well over 30 minutes prior. He then proceeded to immediately catch an attitude with me, telling me that there are only two people working and that I don’t need to act so uptight about my order. I responded to this by canceling my order, which set him off even more. He replied with a condescending remark about this not being McDonalds or Burger King and that it takes longer to receive my food.I understand that things are tough when being understaffed, but that’s not my fault and no customer should be spoken to the way I was. As someone who worked in customer service for over 10 years, I would’ve likely been fired for talking to a customer like that.Marco’s has really good food and the Riverside Dr. location is very convenient to my house, but I have zero plans to return to this location ever again.

online ordered one pizza 12/16/23 . according to the tracking emails it took 36 min for my pizza to be ready after placing it. I got to the window and sign says call because bell was broken. phone rang for 8 minutes. in the meantime I honked and knocked on the window. the only reason they came to the window is because the other 2 cars waiting behind me had to go inside and get their food. no hello, sorry for the wait or thank you from the man

I can into the place it 1:00 waited 10 mins for someone to come out the store had 2 customers eating phone ringing pizza coming out the oven the at 1:11 a young lady with pink hair comes from the back on the phone with a nasty Attitude saying it's gonna be 25- 30 minutes I told her I just waited 10 minutes she just looked at me like I did something wrong
