So, it really bothers me when I order food and it's wrong when I get home. Ordered turkey on Rye bread. I tried to eat the bread they gave me. But it was dry, the inside was mushy and the turkey looked like something from an autopsy.

I walked in. 4 employees were by the registers. Every one of them looked at me. One walked away, got a drink and walked outside to the patio area and sat down. 2 ladies looked down at their phones, touched their screens, and started talking to each other. The young man looked at me again and walked around behind the counter like he couldn't be bothered. I stood there for a few more moments and walked out. As I did, so did one of the other ladies. She joined her coworker on the patio. What a shame! What a shame!

The greatest location in Macon & cleanest. Food is ???. I highly recommend the sandwiches. I love the veggie sandwich, the club & the flavored lemonade & the potato salad & desserts are ???A few suggestions though....A bigger trashcan and a good spring cleaning. This restaurant is good but have the potential to be greater.Above all, excellent staff?This is my brother's favorite, go-to restaurant for years while he's in town.

The Zebulon Road location is terrible. I placed a to go order for a sandwich with a cup of soup and two bowls of soup. I didn't receive my full order and the broccoli and cheese soup was literally water with a few broccoli and carrots. I can't believe that they would serve anyone the food that they sent out the door. I spent $50 on food that I threw in the trash. I will not be returning to this location again.

The staff is friendly and the food is delicious! Rueben and philly are wonderful and the strawberry salad is amazing! The baked potatoes are huge and loaded with lots of toppings! Plenty of dressing, chicken and the pecans (?), are so good! Plus, of course, the best sweet tea and lots of real, full sized slices of lemon! Enjoy!Vegetarian options: Soups and salads with no meats and delicious salad dressings!Parking: Lots of parking in front of the restaurant!

I was so disappointed with McAlister's on Zubolon Rd. The service was slow and when I got home my order was wrong. I had yhe wrong sandwich. I had some type of beef sandwich and I ordered the new buffalo chicken sandwich. I call back to complain but the manager was too busy to come to the phone.

Ate here today for lunch. I ordered a half sandwich and a half spud. Both were very good. My husband ordered a half sandwich and a bowl of soup. He also thought his food was good. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. I always enjoy eating here.
