It took over 20 minutes to get some food here. Their employees act like they hate their jobs and hate their customers. Today they actually ran out of KETCHUP! How incompetent does a "manager" have to be to let their burger store run out of ketchup? This store is characterized by incompetent management and lazy, rude employees. Do yourself a favor and don't EVER visit this dump.

The workers here do not care about customer satisfaction. Manager blamed it on being busy. They had 3 people in drive thru, 2 people inside. If that busy, I’m sorry but the manager needs to find a different job. They let my food sit for 10 minutes, they didn’t say hey to me, asked how I was, didn’t tell me have a nice day. They didn’t even give me my sauces! I’m sorry but everyone I come here it’s a different story with the same ending. This McDonald’s needs a flip!

Ok this used to be a very good McDonald's. I don't frequent here but within the last two weeks I have been here twice. Now both times I have asked for hot fries and did not receive them hot either time but what made this particular visit good was the girl at the pickup window who had extra sweet teas that were made from the order being rang up wrong and offered them to me. Y'all know I love sweet tea so I was elated. It is soooo good too. Now I waited at the pay window quite a while. I can certainly tell the worker was new. She kept requiring assistance. Bless her heart. Y'all please don't leave new workers hanging. Don't put them out there alone until they are ready. Hang in there girl.

I want to select 0 stars. The steak bagel just came back… and this is what was served? I bought 2 bagels and they was BURNT… black BURNT. Had to throw it away. Yall knew it was burnt yet still served this.

Meal was both affordable and superb!The service? Impeccable! The young lady who"took" my order( I'm about to Literally butcher her pretty name,sorry) Miss Dejaeveon was so warm and pleasant and knowledgeable and quick( and she genuinely laughed at my corny jokes,lol. Sigh,she was a dream. The atmosphere was great, too. Oh,the rest of the staff was just as awesome!

I would have given negative 5 stars if I could. Absolute worst customer service I've ever received. Don't ever go to this McDonald's especially not inside. They have a terrible attitude and they yell at you when they get everything wrong. They will argue with you about your purchase even if your money has left your account and your order is on the app, it's on the wall and it's on everything that they could possibly make you confirm your order with and they will refuse to give you your order even if you pay for it and argue with you about whether or not you ordered it in the first place after you waited for 30 minutes

I only ever get coffee from McDonald's. If I'm lucky it's fresh and tastes great but it's a 50/50 split on the quality of the preparation. I am grateful however for the Senior discount so I'll trust to luck and take my chances.
