I walked in this store with an employee saying we don’t speak Spanish when she was in the window without letting me get fully in the store mind you I’m born here so just bc I look Mexican don’t mean I don’t talk English than I was the first one there tell me why I the cars in the drive thru was over with than people still came in I’m seeing them grab their food while I had to go to the front and ask for my food still had to wait in total I wait at least 30 min or more than to end it up worse I order 10 pc chicken nuggets and 2 mc chickens tell me why they gave it to me spicy when they see me with two kids . Didn’t like it at all service for me was bad waiting than getting some I didn’t ask for spicy and than one of them saying we don’t speak English that it is what got me heated bc I ain’t a person that like problema but never bc coming if they don’t like their job walk away from that job

Ordered a steak egg and cheese Begel this morning to go.what do I get? Sausage egg and cheese. Call there and some lady answered the phone by saying hello. I almost didn't think I called McDonald's. Then I tell her the problem. She said well can you come back up here. No that's a waste of gas. But I should understand because they can't even get a simple order right. No wonder they are in their 70's and working McDonald's. I don't recommend this store to anyone

This place has become an absolute joke…for ALL “meals”. Really long lines constantly, and service is EXTREMELY slow. I will not be bringing any business here again.

Took forever to get my order at drive thru. I was told to pull up to 3rd window. They gave 7 cars behind me their orders before me. I had to go inside to get my order. The double quarter look like it was tampered with. Will never go to this McDonald's again
Quarter pounder meat was raw ..fries were cold. Long wait. Got home with food and took it back to get a refund on the food. Wont go back to Byron location. And Warner Robins location isnt any better

They serve old food sitting there no wonder the rating is a 2.9. I should have read reviews before I stopped there to eat for lunch. I was working and stopped there for lunch NEVER AGAIN IT WAS A WASTE OF MY DAMN MONEY!! Damn I couldn't post how NASTY MY FOOD LOOK.......

Drive-through was completely full at lunchtime, yet the fries were soggy like they were underdone but the quarter pounder patty was old & dried out like it had been sitting there for a couple of hours. There is really no excuse for this completely garbage meal being served at any time, let alone at busy lunch. This restaurant needs new management.

So, I love McDonald's. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at one. This one, though, was rough. Ordered ahead for curbside. Sat in the spot for 30 minutes before going in to check on it. One of the two orders were ready. Keep in mind it was not busy and the second order was o ly an iced coffee. Waited another 5 minutes to go in and check on it and stood there til it was ready. The staff didn't act like they cared. Go figure. Will be a while before I visit that location again.
