After we placed our order the brand new server came back and apologized that they were out of mushrooms. Not a big deal. Then she came back and said they were out of lettuce. I had ordered a Greek salad. Pretty ironic they could be out of anything since Publix is literally 5 minutes away. The manager proceeded to tell our server that the reason he didn't go to Publix is because the truck was going to be there at 2:00. We were there at 12:30. I guess he wanted us to sit there and wait 2 hours or come back after the truck was unloaded.

This mellow mushroom has a General Manager that believes she can talk to people however she pleases. She’s been nothing short of rude, chastising, and petty. If this Mellow would like to grow and retain staff they need better leadership. A true leader knows how to lead and not simply delegate.
Pizza was great! Have gluten free options, also. Server was excellent, had to change order after he confirmed meatballs were not gluten free.

I normally don't like to give bad reviews but this one really deserves it. My family decided we were going to eat here one night, it was a weekday and it was not busy. We waited our usual time for someone to come over to us until 10 minutes went by and nobody came to serve us, we saw several servers standing around and talking, The server that passed our table didn't even look at us. There was only 6 tables filled that day, and we were sitting in between two tables that were already there. This was the first time that we got up and left a restaurant because our 4 year old and 3 year old were hungry and thirsty and NOBODY wanted to serve us, we even waited a extra 10 mins to see if anyone was going to serve us. When we got up and left, the servers were laughing and talking amongst each other. I get it if you don't want to deal with kids but there was another table there with kids.Service needs to get better

When this location opened, great food and great service was abundant. Unfortunately, during my recent visits, I have been disappointed with terrible service. The food has not changed, but one should not expect good service from wait staff. You should expect slow and minimal contact from your server.
