Tried this place for the first time today. The customer service was pretty terrible and I had to repeat my whole order at the window and the lady seemed to get an attitude about it. The hot dog and burger were pretty cold, and I regret saying “all the way.” I mean…at least the fries were hot but terrible first experience.

Love this establishment, but every time I come, French fries are hot, hotdogs and hamburgers aren't hot. They're great when hot, starting to feel like the dogs and burgers are leftover

I LOVE NuWay, and if you are not from this area, you just would not understand. This is not an experience you can describe. Instead, you just have to experience the experience of eating one of their Chile slawdogs all the way. Of course, it means you have to visit our lovely city. Oh, I forgot to mention their onion rings. They ate REAL onion rings and yum, yum. They also have their famous "flakey ice" which I understand is shipped all over the U.S, maybe even the world. I'd have to verify that last statement. There are only 4-5 locations in the middle GA, but each one has the nicest people working there. Most of the buildings are old, but they keep them clean. A lot of "100%" hanging in the windows. And, who doesn't like a clean place to eat.
