For the amount of orders that they have coming in and with the lack of employees needed to properly operate, i feel the staff was doing a great job. And the pizza was awesome!

I placed a order with Papa John's Pizza and the Pizza Arrived but No 20 oz Mountain Dew but I still got charged for a 20 oz Drink. Papa John's ripping people off by asking them over the phone what kind of drink do you want and never send the drink you order and pay for.

The pizza we ordered had hair in it. It had to come from whom ever made the order because it was under the cheese and pepperoni. That completely turned me off. When I've done carry out before I only seen half of the people handling food wearing hair nets. I don't think I'll be back.

Manager named Sarah needs to be fired. The place has really gone downhill. I hope upper management will intervene before they have to close this place down for drivsr tampering with the food making late deliveries.

The business was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Restroom is a single commode in a unisex room. The works pizza and Tuscan six cheese bread sticks were well made though the crust on the pizza might have been just slightly overcooked around the edge. All in all, not a bad pizza for carryout.

I love Papa Johns. I can eat from Papa Johns at any time and I know it's gonna be amazing. Thanks to all the dedicated workers there.
Slow service and poor management. It took over 2 hours to get my order that was scheduled to take 30 minutes. Twice staff lied on the phone about the status of my order and then when there was an issue and I asked for the manager she stood in the background telling her staff what to say while also talking negatively about me. She was even so childish as to bring my mother into the conversation.
