Worst business I've ever been to. I call to change the order time of my pizza and they said they couldn't do it. The supposed GM didn't like me going off on her cashier for refusing to cancel my order and when I asked for it to be canceled she says oh my god with a disgusted voice. Didn't bother figuring out what the issue I had was or why. Just stood by her very unprofessional employee and said it's OK because she's just a child. So she threw me out of the store and started threatening to put 8 rounds in my head while waving a gun around outside by her car. I hope this franchise goes under and papa John's gets it right when I call corporate and closes this store or gets in new employees. I will make sure everyone hears this experience and doesn't go there. Problem is she doesn't care how she represents the company. She's just there for a check. God awful person under all those employees. Sad! She doesn't care about the business they do because I spent $90 to be treated like this.

I ordered online twice from there and they gave me the wrong items through door dash as well as my seals were open. Just like how it looks in the picture . Food was cold and it’s so disgusting when you can’t even eat what you pay for and a tip because you don’t know what some dashers do with your food . I called the store a few minutes before closing no answer .

I would like to thank Kenya for the amazing work she was the only person working in the store this morning, an I mean she did a amazing job, from cash register to making the pizzas she did an excellent job, an deserve a raise in her check, for one person to do all by her self is amazing. Thank you Kenya for being that person.

They still put banana peppers on my pizza, they actually LOADED it with banana peppers. They had attitudes, all of them were on their phone. Probably explains why my order was

I ordered a pizza last night. It hardly had anything on it that the supreme would have on it it was the worst pizza I've ever seen I pretty much denied the pizza I would never ever go back to Papa John's this is about the fourth time I've ordered pizza from them and it looks like that I'm going to send picture of a pizza that I got are close by and it made Papa John's Pizza look horrible. I really don't see how they are still in business I would not go to this place they are horrible!!!!
Papa Jones generally has good quality pizza but can be a bit overpriced or expensive as well. I tried their garlic stuffed crust pizza and it was not much garlic flavor but mainly cheese. I wish it had more garlic sauce in the crust like advertised. I do like their customizable pizza when ordered with extra sauce along with meat and veggie toppings. The papadia is usually good too.
