Sick of this Popeyes! Half of the time the food is not good. Hard skin about to break my tooth and taste like burnt grease. Tastes different with each different manager. That man manager act like he don't care. They don't answer the phone when you call back up there either. I just have to stop going there again ..

It's really sad here. I sat in line for 10 minutes because the speaker didn't work. When I got to the window, a very large rude woman said it was gonna be a long wait for 2 pieces of chicken. Didn't give me a wait time, just it was gonna be a long wait. Man, that's just pathetic. The one on Mercer University has better food and quality of people working there.

I went this store on Friday 3/24/2023 around 10:30 am. the employees made eye contact and greeted me when I walked into the store. The store was clean, the beverage area was clean too. I ordered a 2 piece meal with fries, I wanted spicy chicken but they did not have the spicy chicken. My food was hot, fresh and not salty. There was good communication between us. I did not have to ask for condiments, the employees put them in the bag without me asking, including hot sauce for my chicken. I read the reviews before I came to the store there were some reviews that were not favorable to Popeyes. One of the reviews was mine. I decided to give them another try and I was satisfied with the service and the food. Let's hope that we can all be satisfied with Popeyes chicken and service. If they continue with great service and good food. Maybe corporate listened to us and are attempting to make a positive change.

Waited an hour on 24 nuggets and a 5 piece chicken meal. They were out of everything.A worker came in to start her shift and just had the snottiest look on her face like she didn't want to be there. But nobody forced her to take that job!The manager was steadily telling her to drop her attitude and smile.She didn't. It made the room so uncomfortable.

Customer service was horrible. Was trying to get order situated in my car so it didn't tip over and the lady who looked to be a manager dressed in all black told me to come on now With an attitude.

Would give this location 0 stars if I could. The staff is rude. When asking a question the employee at the window rolled her eyes because she was aggravated I assume. It's not my fault your inventory is low. The manager didn't help the situation. Will never waste my money at a Popeyes restaurant again.

I tried to give this location multiple chances to improve before this review. Three visits and always the same issues, 20 minute wait times, out of normal menu items and "we don't sell the advertised items here". The employees seem frustrated also. Shurling Drive would be a good place for an actual Popeyes

I placed a mobile order through THEIR app. It was accepted by the store, went through with the payment and everything. I made the drive, only to find that they had nothing. No mashed potatoes, no chicken sandwiches, no drinks, no cups, no nuggets, no biscuits. The manager offered to give me just chicken. Because that’s it. That’s all that’s there. No one knew how to cancel the order, move it to another location, or anything helpful. Just that I needed to move on with it.Anyway hopefully Wendy’s has food cause I’m not trying again. ?

You have 4 crew one manager! 3 crew sitting out in the dining room one cook the manager running drive thru and front counter. Major issues no food to serve! All the crew in the dining room eating long John silver. This place needs new Management!

Well the young girl at the wonder decided not to listen at my order and gave me the wrong food I realized this when I got home try to call back several times no one answered the phone had to call a store in Gray Georgia to get someone to give me the district number But never did I get a chance to talk to anyone but the people at the store advise me to bring the chicken back too limb they would take care of it but I went back to the store on Shirleton drive drive spoke with the manager which I knew from years back and she took care of the problem

The food was very nasty and cold. However the cashier at the drive through has A-1 customer service across the board. Especially being that clearly there was only herself a cook and 1 manager on duty....pay the people the higher wages!!! Shame on the owners.

The bad reviews on this place are spot on. They got a new manager over there a couple years ago and they have run it right into the ground. That Popeyes used to have a steady flow of traffic, now it's a ghost town over there most of the time. I guess people draw the line when you're giving nasty attitude to go along with old chicken.

They don't have any help so the service is slow. Drive thru is a no go. You will sit there about 10 minutes before someone speaks to you, then another 10 to 15 to get your food .

Customer service is horrible. Waited at the drive thru for 10 mins after being told to order and then cut off and said wait a minute. Also cut us off multiple times during ordering trying to get us to move forward. We left the line. Very rude. Don't recommend.
