This location is the best one in town. Very clean and efficient. Staff friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Willing to make recommendations depending on your goals or direct you to the app that does the same. I go at least twice a week. The slim and trim veggie with extra gladiator protein is my favorite. If you don't have the app I would definitely suggest getting it. You earn points towards health rewards that gives coupons off your smoothie and when the have promotions you get perks!!

If you're in the mood for a nice healthy snack this is the place to get it from. The smoothies here are awesome and on point. You can have them mix in a variety of protein powders if you're working out or dieting.

Stopped in yesterday while in Macon for a meeting and grabbed a smoothie for lunch. Service was fast and friendly. I was in and out within 5 minutes of ordering. Great job by the staff and 5 stars on this visit! Sorry no photos this time.

I rely on smoothie king for a lot of my meals and nutrition because I have pancreatic disease causing me to be on a liquid diet often. This location is convenient for me because I live right behind the mall. Whenever I order IN STORE, my smoothies are made correctly with everything extra that I order added to my smoothie; the personalities and friendliness of employees could use some work but it is what it is. HOWEVER, when I order for pickup, I never get the smoothie additions that I pay a lot for. It’s extremely disappointing and it has happened 4 times now! I know that the employees probably think it’s pointless to add so much and that it doesn’t matter, but you never know someone’s reasoning for adding the things that they do and it IS very important, whether it’s for health and illness reasons or simply because we deserve to get what we paid for. I hate that I cannot trust this location to do their job for order pickup because sometimes I’m just too sick & weak to stand in line inside. I shouldn’t have to watch them make my smoothie to make sure they put everything I paid for in it. Unfortunately, this is my only option seeing as there’s no other smoothie places that offer the nutrient add-ins that I need. I detest that I will have to go in and babysit the employees making my order.

Rude "manager" called about an issue and they just said we can't help and he hung up. Won't spend another dime here. Location in downtown at least knows how to treat people.

I've only had two experiences ordering from here in the past year, and both times, I didn't have any issues. The first time was a to go order, and the most recent time, I ordered in person, and waited for it. Dakota took my order, and she was very friendly and quick. A second person (who's name I didn't catch) made my smoothie, and they were friendly and quick as well.
Handwriting is so basic. They never wash their hands before preparing smoothies.

This breaks my heart because this store used to be fantastic. I stopped ordering through the app because they would always mess up my order. Well now I have gone inside and they gave me a smoothie that is nowhere near what I ordered. The employees either need to be properly trained or sent back to elementary school to learn how to read.

I ordered for curbside and did not receive it. I had to go inside the store. I called the OWNER. She had absolutely no empathy at all. The young guy at the register was extremely rude and she seemingly didn't care. The owner hung up in my face after I complained about the quality of the smoothie I ordered. She even raised her voice. She lacks professionalism, which comes through her employees. Riverside Drive. today.
