Sandwich was dry, bread was hard. Seemed like we got more veggies then meat. Got a 6 inch tuna and footlong turkey for $19. Only stopped by this one because it's close to me. After stopping tonight, I see why I don't visit this location and never will again. Run to another Subway!!!! Only one person running it too!

I've come in here quite a bit in the past years and haven't had much of a problem until recently ... The last 2 times I've stopped in to grab something I've been told they had to many online orders to serve me ... Either they need more employees or better employees .. not sure which but... you Gotta love Macon service ;)

A very ugly person inside and out served me, she wanted me to tell her everything I wanted on my sandwich before she continued. 'that's the way I like to fix sandwiches" she said. And aggressively stating what else! what else! What else! I'm so sick of these people who work in public service and they do not have professionalism, definitely lack customer service and people skills. I will never go to this place again! I would not recommend anyone else to go there and experience the embarrassing service I received!

Great job to the 2 ladies handling business like a boss. They were getting customers through the line, they were friendly and I got one of the best meatball protein bowls I have ever gotten.

Wondering why the open sign is lit up but the door is still lock 30 mins after open time, going to another location. This has happened to me twice over now. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!

Usually one of my favorite restaurants but I won't be going to this location again. You should have separate utensils for each ingredient. Not reach into each individual item with the same gloved hand that you touched each and every other ingredient with. I couldn't eat my food thinking about watching the worker doing that. I really should have walked out. The worker had a bad attitude (possibly) because the people before us walked out.No one should have to accept that kind of service.I like my sub sandwiches but I will be going to another location.

Amazing customer service I watch this wonderful lady I think her name is ebony make three subs at once she has beautiful soothing music playing through out the store that really ease my mood I noticed everything was clean and beautifully stocked the bathroom was very up to part, her service was the best I've seen at subway in a while and I go to multiple subways , I seen the previous review which made me almost not come but I'm glad I did it was a very positive experience here it was my first time here I dined in and I will be back the women here is doing a impeccable job i also brought a friend to eat with me here and my guest was very happy and I couldn't appreciate that more ebony is doing such a great job in the store I couldn't help but leave a review I just want the manager or customers to know she does a amazing job tending to the people here she works great under pressure and she is well prepared for the job here thank you subway for the great service and your amazing assistance
