I specifically ordered online so what I wanted was in WRITING! 2 BMT w/extra meat with SPECIFIC BREAD AND VEGGIES ON EACH. NEITHER...I REPEAT NEITHER WERE RIGHT. This order was picked up because we have to work. Get to work look at sandwiches and BOOM. Wrong! No one answers the phones at this location and I even gave a decent tip for these 2 sandwiches we picked up. What a disappointment. It is sad when you have an order written down in front of you and can not just make it. I mean it's was ordered at 3pm. It was not even a busy time of day. Buyer beware

Probably won’t be going here anymore. 2nd time in a row I’ve placed an online order that wasn’t started until ten minutes after I arrived in the store to pick it up. I’ve never been happy getting food from this subway. It is the worst.

Well the girl tonight was very nice but she was the only one working and she seemed to be very busy. I just wanted a veggie salad.....well first most didn't know they didn't chop them up anymore.....so she asked did I want my stuff cut but she was trying to in her hand. I have nothing against her but the veggies they out looked like they needed to replenished and replaced. I got lettuc and spinach but the spinach was wet nasty slimy looking. The tomatoes she was down to the bottom where all the nasty ones thats been sitting in the juice all day was there. I had no idea that it was going to be $10! I don't care for subway but figured to give it try tonight just cause it was the closest to me. I was very upset about the food I received for the price I paid. Then had to come home to have to cut it up and take out all the slimy pieces. Smh.

I spent over 30 minutes in this store on a to go order. Because the employee working was rude and nasty. She had very long extension in her hair and every time she leaned over her hair was getting into the food. I asked her if she would put a hair net on and she responded "They don't give us hair nets". My mom asked her if she could put it up and she shrugged her shoulders and ignored her. We asked the other employee to fix our food. Then the employee with the extensions in her head asked the employee to cash out the customers she was serving so that we would have to wait. As long as Subway have employees like this one and don't make their employees wear hair nets I won't be coming back.

This place disgusts me.. The way they did Ms Hunter in the news after being robbed, clearly shows they couldn't careless about their employees well-being..then fired her because she feared for her safety... I live in Alabama but I'm definitely done with Subway across the board.. this was inconsiderate, insensitive and inhumane..#fuksubway

Where's the beef? Ordered The Philly online from Forsyth Rd Subway. There was very little meat or veggies on the sandwhich. Very disappointed. Nothing like the advertised picture!
