Ordered through uber eats & spent almost $40.. Orders 12pack & the 2-chalupas combo that came with another soft taco. You would think that even if a person didn’t ask for any particular taco sauce or maybe the online ordering service didn’t have the option, that they would put some type of sauce in the bag! Now here I have all of these tacos/chalupas & no darn sauce ??.. The tacos were freaking awesome though, especially the steak chalupa (it was the BEST). The chicken chalupa barely had any meat & didn’t taste seasoned like the steak at all.. Very bland…Buuuut, if I had any sauce, that barely tasty chicken chalupa could’ve tasted better.

Very disgusting food. We couldn't eat thier over priced gunk in a burnt soft shell or whatever a quesadilla is made with. I'd advise folks to go to a Mexican restaurant that dines in if you want Mexican food the price would probably be better also.

Today was ridiculous. First off they were out of chips, which were supposed to be on 2 items I wanted to order. This location is always out something so wasnt surprised by this. But then after changing my order to fit the items they were out of, I dont know what I got. I dont have the chicken burrito, which we discussed because at first she said they didn't have rice, but later said they did have. I dont have my 2 stackers, plus no nachos which they were out of. Though the young lady taking the order was polite and professional, this location always finds a way to mess up something. You just can't ever go here with a plan for what you want and get what you want. Either they are out of product or they mess it up some kind of way.

Aside from one in five orders having an issue, I love the food and wish I could partake more often.
Do not go to the one in Gray. Go to the one in Macon on Gray Hwy. I get 6 chicken quesadillas for my family. Gray put the AMT of meat I get for 1 1/2 in Macon on all 6. Plus they put the wrong sauce on. Yea the one in Macon is or was far superior. May have changed in the last few months cause I haven't been back to Gray. The people in Gray were kind but it didn't help out disappointment with the food very much.

Just came through the drive-thru and I'm beyond impressed of the customer service at this location specifically from the cashier Missy. I felt welcomed and the service was fast, I'll definitely be back.
