It's Taco Bell, so it's never going to be great. I don't eat here often, but every now and then, I get a craving, only to be disappointed. Every time I go to this location, they always forget part of my order. It will never taste as good as it did when I was a kid. Original hard shell tacos are the only thing worth ordering.

What a joke, for some reason fast food places do not stay open for the hours they’re supposed to be. Probably because of the lazy workers. I called after being told the store was closed a good 30 minutes before actual closing time and the manager even acted brand new “oh we’re open they just didn’t have the headset on” ??? Riiiiiiight nobody works these days.. even when it’s the most simplest of tasks like making a taco.

The lady that made my special Mexican pizza made it perfectly and it was so good. I like both my levels to look like the top which means sauce, cheese and tomatoes and She did it perfectly without acting like she didn't understand English. Thank you so much you are awesome and this Mexican pizza was TERRIFIC ?

Tasty food at pleasant locstion. One of the very few fast food places in Macon that gets your order correct. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Worst TB we’ve ever dined in at. Tacos were soggy, shells broken. Ordered the $5 box, there was no box and missing chalupa. Asked for chalupa and received snarky remarks from two employees. Had to ask twice and took 10 mins to get it. The drink fountain was broken and couldn’t even get water. Cinnamon twists had no cinnamon sugar on them. Nacho chips tasted like stale cardboard, couldn’t even eat them.While I waited for the chalupa, 3 other customers complained about wrong or missing items.

This used to be the best Taco Bell in Georgia. The staff was friendly, quick and cared about their job. Now, for the past 2 years or so it has been the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The service is slow. The employees are rude. And they quite clearly don't care about their job. Today I saw a 2-month-old infant of the person working the drive-thru sitting in the drive-thru. I am sincerely disappointed that I cannot give less than one star.

Stopped here on a Friday afternoon as I was passing through Macon. The food came out fast and tasted fine, but none of the tables in the dining room were clean and the whole floor was sticky. Also, the soda machine was out of Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, and tea. The Baja blast tasted like the soda lines were moldy, it had a very bad taste.

Employee saw me waiting at the counter didn't say anything for several minutes and when she finally did all she said was "you need something?" I asked for a beefy melt burrito. She replied "can you not use the kiosk?" And went back to what she was doing. There are alot of ways she could've handled that but that shouldn't have been one of them.
