Got chicken parm to go. It was good and was ready when I got there. It was a good/decent meal but not anything I would go out of the way to eat. I would absolutely get food from them again when I am in the area.

We were in town for a hockey game, and this place came up when I Googled places to eat.We pulled up and the place was nicely decorated and had outdoor and indoor seating and good music going so we were pretty stoked.When we walked in, we were told they only had 1 server there. The place was semi busy, but we weren't in a rush, so we decided to give it a go.The server we had was nice and did her best, so I'm not saying anything bad on her part. A couple more servers showed up, and so I expected things to go a little smoother.Our appetizer, fried pickles came out and were hot and delicious. We placed our entrée order, and after doing so, we didn't see much of our server until the food started coming out. This left many of us with empty drinks as she was trying to juggle her tablesThe food came out, and my husband and I split a pizza. Sadly, it was cold. Everyone else said their stuff was okay. After she dropped the food, she noticed we were out of drinks. A couple of us ordered another round, and it took over 10 mins to get 2 beers. The bar was also out of glasses so they brought our beers in plastic cups. Our waters were also out, so a couple of us didn't have anything to drink with our meal.Again, our server was busy, but it would have been nice if instead of keep seating more people for them to go on a little wait while she managed the tables she already had. This would have given her a little bit of a breather and allowed her to better service her customers.Also, automatic 20% gratuity is added to parties of 6 or more. I'm not upset about this, just more as an FYI, as I didn't know until I saw the bill.

Probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. It is obvious that the quality of ingredients used is lower than that of sub tier delivery brands. Meat was overly greasy, and cheese was did not melt right. On top of that, the crust was soft and doughy. Did not seem like it was cooked through. I ordered delivery from DoorDash, and it was not a long enough delivery time to warrant the food to get cold but it was. Either increase your cook time, or use a higher temp on the oven.

I tried to go in and place a Togo. The hostess sent me to the bar to place my order where no one acknowledged me and ignored when i tried to get their attention
It was good not great!! It was very busy so we understood the long wait time on getting food and drinks. The food was on the lower side of warm when it came out but it took so long we couldn't send it back because we had an event to go to. The drinks were strong and good. Food was good not great.

If you're anywhere near this place, go to there. Amazing atmosphere, food was delicious, drinks were reasonably priced and really smooth and there was access to sports on TV. I really enjoyed the music they were playing as well.

I would give no stars if I could. First, we sat and waited for 30 minutes just to get our drink order taken because the server forgot to come to our table. We had to go and tell the hostess how long we had been waiting, in which she replied, "Oh, no one has came to y'all yet?" Showing a lack of communication. It was not busy at all, and when the waitress came she did not care and had a very bad attitude. Employees stand around and talk to each other more than they work. Food was mediocre and cold, pizza burnt on the bottom, waitress never returned to give re fills, napkins, sauce, straws or anything. 0/10 terrible customer service, food, and overall experience and I will not be visiting here again. This place is not what it used to be.
