We really used to love this place and would frequent it. However, as of recently, service has gone to crap. The last 3 times we've been in, it took over 45 minutes to get our food for a party of 3 on a one hour lunch break. The excuse is always that they have a lot of call-in orders. Today, we got one order to the table 20 minutes before the other two and had to take the other two to go because we ran out of time on a lunch break. Placed orders at 12:10 and by 1:00 only one ordered had arrived at the table. So, the kitchen is prioritizing call-in orders over patrons that are sitting there waiting. The food is great. But you might as well make it a call-in order if you don't want to be there forever. We won't be back though.

Went to this restaurant today and the food was excellent. We have a burger that was well seasoned and hot. The salmon bites are to die for. The salmon bites were absolutely delicious. The wait staff was very professional, courteous and took care of our every need. I absolutely love this place and I highly recommend this eatery.

I brought my friend here for his birthday and we were treated like crap. STEP did not greet us and was not very friendly. After an hour of waiting I asked for my check of a Margarita and Ice Tea. Step says ok. Mind you...she acknowledges ,yet Step ignores me and goes to get the food that we waited forever on. I kindly say "Please give me my check." Step goes into a tangent and yells and throws the food in the back. Step then proceeds to walk pass out table repeatedly. I then ask for my check again. I have to go pick up my foster kids I'm mentoring. STEP begins to yell at me...the customer. I know the customer isn't always right...but Step...you were wrong!! Who argues with a customer TRYING to pay her bill. I begin to ask did anyone have change for a ten...Step yells again and says "Get the fuck out" "you're poor!" I wasn't begging for money l..i was simply asking for change for a ten. Step again calls me poor and yells at my friend..the birthday guy. Yeah....Step...what you did was horrible. Arguing with a customer because YOUR customer service sucks..yeah. And that threat you gave to me and my friend about not being allowed back in...thanks...I won't be back if you're there. It's a bar with plenty of beer options, though last time around wasn't seeing any stouts or nitro. Just enjoy darker beers as it gets cooler myself. The fries are a almost always a must though.
They seated some white people that came in after us and it was the same amount of people in our parties..the server didn't apologize. We walked next door to our hotel, called back after our food was cold and hard and they wouldn't switch it out for any replacements, I was going to spend more than the food actually cost! They're racist! I'll never come back again! If I could leave no stars I would.

The food at The Library is insanely good.... The Macon Mushroom burger and the Santa Fe wrap and my personal favorites! And, if you're a beer lover, there are taps for days!!! Must try this place!!

We thoroughly enjoy The Library Taphouse. They have a great selection of beers on tap with a six beer flight option. The staff is friendly and makes great suggestions. The food is good and you never wait too long. Give this place a try.
