This location doesn’t honor promotions in the app. 2 stars because guy at register was nice. I asked about side items - they were so small of a portion it makes them a horrible value even for $2. I tried to order free smoothie on app after he said he couldn’t find it in his system, but after I left the counter and tried to order online, the offer/qr code disappeared. Boo to this location.

Love TSC. However, the lady who seemed to be the manager was EXTREMELY rude to the employes. She yelled at them multiple times while we were trying to order saying derogatory comments and just making the situation hostile and awkward. The employee apologized even though he was the victim. There is a difference in frustration and just plain mean. She also made my food order and got it wrong.

If someone placed an order and asked that it be without pork, don't try to blame it on how it was rung up, DEFINITELY DON'T ask that the customer "just pick it off" because "it's only sprinkled on the top" and when the customer says no I can't do that, PLEASE DON'T ask "are you sure?" I really enjoyed coming here, but today I actually walked out. The two young African American females were ALWAYS very pleasant, very helpful, and made it a good experience to come in. There have been changes recently and one of those young ladies is gone, which sucks bc she was one of the best. The other one wasn't there today. If either of them were there today, it WOULD NOT have gone down like that.

Extremely rude. We asked for a receipt and the lady working said she could find it and accused us of taking it which would have meant we would have had to reach over the counter to take it. We said we did not take it and we just would like a receipt with our order. Just extremely rude and unfriendly when we were ordered our food she just walked away from the counter before we could even finish our transaction. It was getting to the point of cuss words so we just left. Good food just wouldn’t go again due to the feeling them wanting to bothered with anything.

Slow...one person taking and making orders while we were told the 2 others were in the back doing things that neededbto be done to close. This was at 7:24 and they close at 9pm. Ridiculous.

The food is good at times. I found my quesadilla burnt on one side. Sometimes when I order food from here, I don't receive everything I ordered. Chips are side snack whenever I get a sandwich. I received zero chips and one cookie I ordered wasn't received. I don't know who exactly, but I do hope this problem never occurs again.

How is that a store closes 20 minutes early before closing altogether? That's not right. Even Kroger doesn't close till exactly 11pm.

I come to this location fairly frequently and have not had any issues before. Tonight, however, the employees were very rude. When I went up to the register, the woman taking my order did not speak to me and hardly responded when I asked a direct question about the menu. This would have been fine, as my food and smoothie were delicious and prepared quickly. However, at about 8:35, the remaining staff shut off the lights and music, then started looking at us, even though I was still sitting and actively finishing my meal. I understand wanting to finish up and go home on a Saturday night because I used to work at tropical smoothie myself! But to shut off the lights 25 minutes before closing is just rude. It would have been kinder to politely let us know that you were closing soon if you really wanted us to get the hint.

Normally I love Tropical Smoothie because the smoothies and Flatbread Sandwiches are good but today I called into the store to see if I could place an order for pick up and the guy who answered at on 9/6/23 at 5:38pm was kinda rude. He said they don’t do that over the phone (which I have done in the past without issue) and then pretty much hung up on me without even saying goodbye. I wouldn’t have minded coming in to order but his bad customer service rubbed me the wrong way and I didn’t even feel comfortable spending my money there because this may have ended up being the person making my sandwich and smoothie. No thank you! I hope someone screens the calls for training purposes because that was truly horrible customer service.

This smoothie king is not properly managed…. Came in at 8:32 p.m. there was a bunch of young girls behind the register along with other people not working there but hanging out with them…. Giggling and laughing… all the chairs were put up and the food was put up …. They told me they could not serve food and I said it’s 8:32? They said our manager told us to put up now???? This is ridiculous…. If you want to put up and leave early your clearly failing tropical smoothie standard…. Will never come back here…. Zebulon location is way better….

One word GHETTO!!!! I've been patronizing tropical smoothies for YEARS. I have NEVER (and Ive been all over America) I've never had a bad experience until I came here! The smoothie was watered down because the employees are increasing the ingredients to make extra smoothies for themselves to drink! I have NEVER seen this in my life! I wouldn't have a problem if the smoothie tasted good in the end. I don't care what else you do that's your job, but now you're messing with my smoothie by messing with the formulas to create more for yourself (FYI on more than one occasion). These employees are GHETTO. And I am black myself. I am telling you I'm NEVER coming here AGAIN. Zebulon is "A OK".

Does not live up to other locations I've been to. Had to change my smoothie order 3 times due to them being out of several ingredients and "orange juice not being thawed out". Employees didn't apologize for any inconvenience or make any suggestions for modifications due to the lack of very popular ingredients that are in almost every drink. Unsure how long they'll stay in business... I'll gladly drive to Zebulon or WR location over coming here again! Dining area was dirty with trash left everywhere. Unfriendly employees. Don't waste your time!

Second time I went and my smoothie did not taste as it usually does . I also bought the peanut butter banana wrap there was no bananas in it . I'm not sure if she was new or what . And lately it's been a bad smell when you walk in .
