By far one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had. I ordered on line and got to the restaurant. I stood in line for over ten minutes. Absolutely no sense of urgency. When I finally get to the register I see that my food has obviously been ready for sometime in that it was cold. I did not have the time to properly address it and I hate that you have to prepay online because I am forced to take cold food that is not edible because I already paid for it. Such a waste of money. I would rather starve before coming back to this location.

My wife and I had one of our least favorite experiences at a Waffle House. Food had to returned and replaced. And cutlery wasn't clean. Personnel should exercise less personal phone time to allow better customer service engagement especially when there are only a few customers to wait on.Waffle House is still a favorite of ours especially while traveling.

Had to warm up once I got home.. $33 I spent food wasn’t all that greatKid-friendliness: Didn’t see anybody in there with kids place looked empty that’s why I’m wondering why sake cold food that’s just sitting there everything should be fresh in a empty place

I see lots of decent reviews... I must have hit this location on an off day. The waiter was very impersonal and even rude. I think he said 3 words to us the entire time we were here. He just stood there staring at us. I told him to get me a wash rag and I would clean our table since he clearly didn't want to. This young man clearly doesn't want to be here. The food was okay. The bacon was way overdone! Definitely under par for Waffle House!
