Food took a very long time. It arrived cold, and in to-go containers. Only half a bowl of chili came, and it was basically congealed. The waitress was apologizing over and over. There weren't a lot of customers, so I'm guessing that there must have been a lot of orders to-go. Our waitress made us new food, and did all she could do to fix it. Only 2 waitresses here, looks like they needed a 3rd one.Two stars for cleanliness and our sweet waitress.

I've been a patron of this waffle house for twenty years. It's such a shame to see it this way. There's still one of two waitresses or cooks that care. Usually, though, it's listening to the waitresses cussing in front of my kids, the youngest 11. Or their fighting over schedules or baby daddies. Today was mainly being ignored with no refills while she sat at the table across from us watching her phone turned up so we could every little video she watched. I try to think maybe she's been there since five at she's finally having a break, but really, that's not my problem. Especially when I'm paying these high prices and my kids won't eat it because they have nothing to drink with it. I would love to see some managers come back in with some backbone and stand up to this foolishness.

Worst service ever. Order wasn't right. Waffle almost burnt. Coffee wasn't served until asked. Didn't give receipt. The bill was hand written. The waitress took our money,gave back our change but no receipt. Despite our dissatisfaction we still gave the waitress tip .

Here is my experience,I had to U-turn to get into the drive-way in which is only wide enough for small cars than the car I was driving. As I walked through the door, no customers was there, I then was first greeted by flys, then a great greeting by the cook followed the waitress/server/checkout employee. However the flys wanted to make sure I knew that I was in there domain. I placed my orders. Verified multiple times. Waitress verified multiple times. After this was completed. I am let them know that I was going back to my car to wait. Minutes later I saw through the window that the waitress was bagging my order. So I proceeded in. Getting another greeting from the flys. I paid for my order then left. I arrived home with missing items. So I tried to call, to let them know that I am missing some items. However there is no way to reach anyone.UnacceptableToo many flysMissing itemsUnable to reach employees or manager to resolve issues by phone.
