I want to give a negative five stars. I am in Macon, GA from out of town, and I see why Waffle House is always on the internet...videos of customer whooping the employees a*** When called to inquire about my Postmates order, BETH begins to yell and unintelligently starts barking at me. It's not hard to politely say, no ma'am your order is not here. Yes, and ask a second time, due to I have been waiting for my food for over an hour, and this Waffle House is only a 10 minute drive away. I'm trying to determine if this is a Postmates issue or a Waffle House issue, and as my card was charged, I have every right to inquire about an order I placed. Beth are you happy, cause you gave the impression that all you do is bark bark bark all day. How do you even have a job? If you dont like what you do then change jobs, cause obviously this job doesn't work for you!!! Get therapy, you need someone to talk to.

Valentine's Day and yes I took my family to Waffle House. We were tired and just wanted to relax with some comfort food. 3 kids and two adults. The place was pretty full with only two people on staff. Normally I am extremely patient when I see a place super full and understaffed. We waited a long time just to place our orders. All the meals came out separately. So some of us were nearly done before the rest came out. My daughter's bacon never came and my cousin's meal never came. When we finally got the waitress (Deja) to come over and when we asked about it we quickly realized that it had never even been put in. No apologies so we asked for it to go. At this point several groups had come in, sat down, and once realizing that they weren't going to be addressed they all left. A to-go order had come in and left before our order had even been completed. Then when we asked about our missing meal we were quickly handed the check. When asked for some sort of compensation for having to wait over an hour for a meal that hadn't even come yet she had an attitude. She still got a tip but this was by far our worst experience in any Waffle House, ever. Even through it all we remained calm and courteous. Her facial expressions and gestures however were not called for. So, Happy Valentine's Day. We won't be back.

My mom has been coming here for so long that the waitresses practically have a Cherry Coke ready at her table when they see her coming in. Of all the Waffle Houses in Macon, this one is our family favorite by far. (The one on Pierce is great for hangover brunch or after prom or high school football games though, 10/10 on that one too) If you get April or Stephanie they're a treat!

Every time we are in the area late at night we stop at the same Waffle House. Every time the employees are so courteous, staying busy we can't hardly wait to get there because we are tired and want to see some friendly faces and get some good food served by some good people!!

The cook who made my food was sick and was rubbing her nose with her hands while making my food (and its flu season). She also had been on break and did not wash her hands before she started cooking.
