Updated review: The hours online and what they tell you when you pull up to the window don’t match. You telling me you closed at 11pm, but your hours say open to 1am… make it make sense.Previous Review: I need the service to be good when the manager ISN'T there in order for me to give this location anymore stars fam. ??

Went through the drive-thru nobody was even in line I ordered two plain honey butter biscuits tried to give me the chicken biscuits twice I told them no then I get my food and he charged me for 3 of the biscuits when I only ordered two and on the sign it says $1.19 for honey butter biscuits and at the location on Hartley bridge that's all I ever pays $1.19 they're charging a $1.49 they don't even have the same price that's on the sign

I were told to pull down to the door just to wait 30 minutes for my drinkMy hubby got out the car went inside to see what the hold were and still waited another 10 minutes.Had ate our whole meal when we finally got the tea.

My son went and ordered food tonight at 11:49 and they We’re rude messed up our order when called someone answered the phone with some obscene comment about. Thanks for calling the morgue and hung up in my face. I didn’t get half of my food. I would like to speak to a manager before I call and let them know. Claira and deysteny where two of the people my boys had to deal with and how rude and how they messaged up the order

Do yourself a favor and don't eat at ANY fast food restaurant on this strip of road. Every single one of them are terrible. The people that work at all of them are awful, they will argue with you, get your order wrong 85% of the time and if you upset them in any way, I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in your food. For real, every restaurant in this area absolutely sucks

Very poor customer service, stood in line at the register 10 min before getting acknowledged that I was standing there. Manager was leaning on drink carriers talking to another employee turned around seen 2 ppl standing waiting to get something said to them but ignored and kept talking and laughing. Not the Wendy's I want to visit when I come back in town!!!!!!!!??

Wendy’s is always the very best of all fast food options. Always fresh and tastes great. I personally love their salads but my brother always gets the burgers and is equally happy. This location is well maintains and good, friendly customer service.
