Over the years the Wendy's here has been on the decline. They don't seem to care about quality of service or food served. My last experience has realized that it has moved to a ghetto category. They make the bacon hard, not crispy as it's over cooked and dry being hard to chew. The breakfast sandwiches are not up to standard as they are prepared and cold when I receive them. Even with the poor review they are doing the season taters correctly. Also if you ask for a refund for the poor quality, a ghetto manager will get in your face about it even if you are polite.

Ordered on mobile app to save time and because I have small children that are not easy to get in and out of vehicle. Got to drive thru and they told me we have to go inside for mobile orders. Ridiculous. Chick fil a nor others do that. Continued ignorance in their management. Cancelled and went down the street to McDonald's with no problems.

Today was my second negative experience at this Wendy's in the past month. Today I placed a mobile order on the Wendy's app and specifically put that I wanted to pick it up in the drive-thru. That option was available. When I went through the drive-thru she told me that I would have to come inside in the rain to pick up my order. I canceled the order and called Wendy's corporate. Because this is a franchise location, they can make their own rules about some things. However, if they are not going to allow drive through pick up of mobile orders then it should not be an option in the app. What if I had not only been avoiding the rain but actually been physically unable to go inside a store and pick up my order? I have family members and friends who have disabilities who use the mobile order through the drive-thru option for this reason. I spoke directly with the manager and she told me that Wendy's in general was no longer allowing this option, which is a lie. It is only at these local franchises, only at hers in my experience.

Rude manager, food was not properly cooked. My sandwich was literally balled up. Strawberry lemonade was watered down. No apologies. Just nasty attitude for no reason and i was nice the entire time.

Lady that works register was rude, nice taking the order then Couldn’t get a receipt due to her “printer wasn’t working” French fries were cold. told her our fries were cold she didn’t address it but did have the nice guy in the back make some more then she put them on counter without telling me it was my bag. When I asked she didn’t turn around to address me she just shook her head and finally said yes. Customer service with this individual needs to be addressed. Couldn’t see a name tag because she didn’t have one didn’t receive a receipt so can’t see it on there. Table was clean but you could tell everything was wiped off and the seats caught all of it.

Customer service lacks here. The young people who have taken the orders were not clear in speech and were impatient as i placed the order. Each time. There was one kind and professional young lady 1 of the 3 i saw most recently. CS training definitely needed here.

Walked into restaurant at around 8:20PM. Doors to dining room were unlocked and sign on door said dining room open until 9 PM. Stood and waited for about 5 minutes before a worker approached the cash register. This person was already clocked out and asked for another workers assistance at the register. After about 5 minutes of waiting for another person's assistance the manager then said "We are only serving cars." This was at about 8:35pm. In which case the worker waiting for help at the register apologized to me and I went through the drive through. When I approached the drive through to order a very nice young woman, I believe named Mariah (name on reciept), took my order. She was very kind throughout the process.

Order was correct on screen and drove 2 miles home to find fries I paid for were not in the bag and then my jr bacon cheeseburger had no lettuce or tomato just pickle and onion and was small enough to fit in palm of hand and was cold so I ended up paying for a lunch I didn’t even get to eat.

I can’t speak on the food because I was never able to get some. I am a paramedic who came to their location at 9:15p. The ambulance doesn’t fit in their drive thru so I knocked and got the attention of an employee. I explained my situation and asked how I could order. She went to ask the manager and I was told I cannot order. I wasn’t allowed to walk up to the window to order or give them my order where I was talking to them. I had just got done running back to back calls for 9 hours and was starving. Most Wendy’s I go to will let you walk up to the window or they will take you order there since we don’t fit and are first responders (who need to eat as well). Very disheartening and frustrating since I ended up not being able to eat. Disappointed.

I used to love this Wendy's but for some reason, the past 3 times I've come here, every single person has been extremely rude. Talking over us when we order, telling us what to do and then changing their mind, forgetting half my order every time. It's only been the past month, but I've gone a few different times to see if it was just someone having a bad day and it's not. There was one nice man who brought our food out. If I could give a negative review I would.

Went in tonight before cub scouts. We did dine in. When we got in there was a few people waiting for their food but they got them gone quickly. The guy that took our order I believe was the manager. He was an older gentlemen but he was so very pleasant and polite!! We got our food very quickly and had no complaints on it. When we left he told us to have a great night and to come back and see him! It's hard to find people like him in fast good! The place was so clean and everything was wiped down! I have no complaints just compliments!! Keep it up and give him a raise....he deserves it! ♡♡
