We got delivery 2 days in a row and the first time they gave us something completely wrong which costs $20 when we spend over $40 the second night we were missing 2 whole meals. i am very unpleased with service i had today, i have given this place a chance time after time, I thought maybe they were having a bad day of something. but every single time i go there its always an issue with my food. zaxbys pays these people to do this job. but they employees cant even do the job they are paid

Customer service is a hit or miss. The quality of food is always sub par. The only thing positive about this location is the cleanliness.
This is the second time I chose to eat at this location, and it's safe to say it will be the last. The food was not fresh at all. A simple chicken sandwich on texas toast. The chicken was luke warm, the texas toast was not toasted, and the sauce was poured on like gravy. My mom got the white cheddar bites, and they were awful. They were like cold mozzarella sticks. What a waste of money.

I'm trying to figure out why the last 2 times I've been here in the past 2 weeks my food has been soggy. The fries are soggy to the point that it looks like they have been sitting there for over an hour and just popped in the microwave when an order is taken. After sitting in line for over 20 minutes I would expect my food to be *hot and not sogged out.

This is one of the worst experiences with zaxbys. Placed order online said it would be 13 mins for food to be ready. I waited 20mins before leaving to pick it up. When I got there they haven't even started cooking it. Also the Manger was very rude and walked away while I was asking a question.
