One of the better Zaxby's around in my opinion. Hartley bridge road would probably be a close 2nd. Food is always fresh and hot and the cashiers always seem happy and smiling.

This location is what all Zaxbys should strive to be like! I’m on a road trip and it was so refreshing to get good quality Zaxbys which is unheard of back in Jacksonville. Everything was fresh, service was great, restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and attentive. My Buffalo fingers were sauced well and not dry like they are back home. It was so good I forgot to take a picture. I don’t normally leave fast food reviews but this was a spectacular experience.

Boneless wings were cold and hard as a rock. I ate them as soon as I got them and sat down and they were hard and cold. Could barley even stab them with the plastic fork they were so hard.

The food was just so so, definitely not up to Zaxby's standards and what I receive at other locations.The service was lousy teenagers with no manners making each customer feel like "why are you here, cause we don't want to deal with you." The atmosphere was dark parking lot and no one inside making me think they may have been closed when I pulled up at 7pmI will continue to patronize Zaxby's restaurants just not this location ever again.
They decided to close early on New Year's Eve, but continued to take online orders beyond when they were going to be able to have them ready before closing, and they didn't bother to cancel the orders or contact the customers. They waited until the customers got there and then told them they weren't going to give them their food, because their management is too incompetent to stop taking online orders when they know they aren't going to make them, and their employees are too lazy to stay and make the orders that they have already committed to making. This is a pathetic excuse for a business.
