Maiyn thing is that this and most McDonald's are using the self checkout computers. So if you have cash , plan on standing in front of the register for a while before someone notices you. Food is about the same as always. The chairs next to the bathroom seem comfy, fair warning they are not. Looks can be deceiving.

Bathroom was filthy, to go bag sealing stickers holding the soap dispenser together. To close the stall door on the non handicapped toilet you had to walk in and straddle the commode before you could close the door then back off it to turn around. Grey floor tiles were almost black.Kiosk only ordering, one was broken, no way of knowing. To use discounts/deals kiosks must be operational and you have to use the app.At some point several off duty employees came in, interrupted on duty employees, walked behind the counter, interacted, no sign they were sanitary or washed hands, made jokes/mimicked being an irate customer about how there was no one taking physical orders, were loud, cursing and yelling at other on duty employees in the back.Some of the order was cold but we didn't find out until we left due to the terrible dining room situation.Later my son complained of his stomach hurting.2nd worst McDonald's off I-20. Will never go back.

When I ordered (I was ordering for two) I was not finished with my order but the cashier snatched my money, not giving me any time to tell him my second order, and then after my short 45 min to place an order I decided to order using the online version in store. The service absolutely sucked, I felt that I was unseen and was not being listened to. This made me very unhappy with your service and I will NEVER eat in this McDonald's establishment, despite the food being edible, the way I was treated will never cease to anger me. My order was incomplete and left me with ONE FREAKING PICKLE! I felt uncomfortable having to stand by the cash register as they walked past me and stared. And not to mention how my peers were treated differently than me (I am mixed race). This is the kindest way for me to inform you about this terrible service.

Love being in the south. Pulled up to the drive thru and was addressed as "surgar" that made my heart happy. Then, at the window, we were addressed as "honey." I just love it here.

I pulled past the drive thru and waited briefly for food to be prepared. The double patty hamburger with cheese was evidently so greasy that I belched up the chewed up food back into my mouth! Disgusting!! My body was rejecting it! I very seldom eat at McDonald's and that reminded me why.

Employee was extremely rude about me receiving another syrup for my food. Not only that I’m missing food from my order. Instead of arguing with me about syrup she should’ve been making sure my food order was correct but yet I paid for items I didn’t receive. Mind you I don’t live here I’m passing through this town for a funeral. This was a complete inconvenience I could’ve kept my money!!

This location is consistently and impossibly slow. I’ve been in the drive thru lane for 21 minutes and I’m still 2 cars away from picking up my food. I should have learned my lesson from the last visit like this. I wish management would coach the staff better.
