The road stretched out before us, winding through the heart of Manchester, GA—a town that time forgot, where the whispers of history lingered in the air. Population? A modest 3,500 souls. But within these unassuming streets lay a treasure—a burger joint that defied expectations.Duck’s Trolley—the name alone conjured images of neon signs, sizzling griddles, and the promise of unpretentious bliss. And let me tell you, my friends, it did not disappoint.I ordered the half-pound burger—a glorious creation that arrived on a humble plate. The bun, toasted to perfection, cradled a juicy patty. Each bite was an ode to simplicity—an affirmation that sometimes, all you need is a damn good burger. My son, ever the adventurer, opted for the catfish plate. Crispy, golden fillets lay atop a bed of fries and cold slaw. He did't care for the sweet slaw. He devoured it with the gusto of a pirate plundering treasure. And let me tell you, that catfish was as filling as he had hoped. But here’s the kicker—the jug of lemonade. Not some fancy artisanal concoction, mind you. No, this was the real deal—ice-cold, tangy, and poured straight from the jug. It tasted like summer afternoons and front porch swings. I sipped, and suddenly, the world made sense.Duck’s Trolley isn’t about frills or Michelin stars. It’s about honest food, shared laughter, and the warmth of a community. The prices? More than fair. The vibe? Pure Americana. And during the day, when the sun hangs high, this is the place to be.So, raise your burger, salute the catfish, and clink your lemonade jug. Here’s to you, Duck’s Trolley—a beacon in the heart of a little town, where legends are made one bite at a time.#DucksTrolley #BurgerJoint #HiddenGem #ManchesterGA #FoodieAdventures

Me and my son Parker were visiting the Little White House in Warm Springs and stopped here for lunch on our way home. He got the chicken wrap with sweet and sour sauce and I got the cheese burger deluxe and everything was amazing and fresh! Made right in front of us! Will visit here again!

The food was basic and small portioned. It's not worth it.Customer Service was great. The atmosphere was very nostalgic. But the food was like paying to eat at your kids' school lunch. Not good. Don't recommend it.Also, be prepared to talk and speak and say "HEY HOW ARE YA?!" With everyone that walks inside. If you are from the south, you already know this as law!

Great place to pop by while visiting the Little White House. To die for is the Brunswick stew, hamburger and chicken bacon ranch wrap. The staff is friendly and efficient. Don’t miss this little gem.

My family and I was in town looking at properties to purchase and came here to get a mom and pop experience vs stopping by a chain restaurant. The place did not disappoint! Their food taste amazing, the bbq sauce is great. Wings, fries and onion rings cooked to perfection. The portions are large and very filling! We all had left overs. The prices are even better…super affordable! If we do end up moving here, we will definitely be regulars

The staff actually seem happy working here, which is nice and also unusual in food service. The food is good, too; Duck's definitely has the most varied menu in Manchester. My favorites are the fried catfish and fried mushrooms. The burgers are pretty good, too. The only real con is that the dining room seating is hard, cold Formica, but, the porch seating is pleasant enough when it's not too hot or too cold out.

The place is the epitome of "hole in the wall" diner. I found it while just out for a ride one day and I've traveled the 45 mins to get there many times since then, the burgers are that good. The building is old, the people can be a little grumpy on occasion and some of the cooks probably have warrants. Give it a shot, you won't regret it. 10/10 food, would burger and fries again.
