My boyfriend and I visited here Sun. afternoon-after Mass-and ordered our meals. I ordered a gyro, chips, and drink; he his usual roast beef and drink. I got pretty much what I ordered for my entree; though I got curley fries instead of crinkly fries, I didn't care as long as they were too salty. They were fine. He got a chicken sandwich, but said it was ok til he realised it has bacon in it. They were short-handed, but got him new sandwich..not too bad he said. I do wish they had more carbonated water choices or one of those drink machines that have more choices. The bathroom was clean.

I usually order through the app. Tried to order today and couldn't get the payment to process. I use the app because there are discounts that you get from using it. Went into the store. Asked the woman behind the counter if I could still get the discount if I ordered in store. She very nicely said she had to talk to her manager. The manager came over, and I explained what the problem was. He was very nice nice and said of course we can take care of that for you. Everyone was very nice and did their best to help rectify a problem that was in no way their fault.

Really hard to get into the parking lot. You'll really have to have a craving to make it worth your while. Unfortunately, when you do go it's a bit of a disappointment. I went around dinnertime (7 PM).The sandwiches had really thick sliced roast beef, so maybe 4 slices instead of tons of paper thin slices looked usual. I asked for both sauces and only got one type even though they told me both were inside. Cherry turnover was ice cold because I'm sure the restaurant had pre closed and they were sitting on the counter instead of the heated cover. And, all of this took so long that I had to wait down the lane for them to bring it out.There's only one way into the parking lot. Miss it and you're having to make lots of u turns to get back. I won't be back, but to be honest I think this chain is losing it's appeal anyway.
