I came to this Dunkin on Wednesday, December 21st at 10:15 AM. I ordered my coffee and came to the window. My coffee was made wrong and I was charged extra for something I didn't order. No big deal... I asked for a refund for the item I was charged for and for the coffee to be made correctly. These things happen! The barista, ROMA (I'm assuming this is his name because that's what was on the ticket... unless the cashier who helped me was using someone else's register) looked at me like I had 3 heads and said "that's why I repeated the order back to you in the drive through" with the biggest attitude and nasty tone. He was extremely condescending and rude and just stood there and stared at me. He didn't even offer to remake it or offer me a refund. It seemed to be such an issue for him to locate money to refund me and remake the coffee that I just asked for a full refund altogether. All I'm saying is STARBUCKS would never y'all

Visited on a rainy Friday morning with a two year old. We ordered a dinosaur “Creature Creation” made with Baskin Robbins Very Berry Strawberry which tastes like hand-churned ice cream with large frozen strawberries throughout. Staff pleasantly provided a sample first. This is a very clean, open restaurant that also serves Dunkin Donuts. Beautiful ChristmasTree, and some very nice, helpful young ladies. Great experience all around!

Why aren't flavors of ice cream listed on the drive thru!? It becomes a huge ordeal when I have to ask about the flavors and what's available why can't they just have the flavors on the menu when I'm in drive-through with my children?!

Went to the location on Whitlock (near Marietta HS) and had the most God awful sandwich I have ever had. Somewhere between the freezer-burn and the lukewarm microwaving I threw out 3/4 of my sausage & egg biscuit. I know, this is a hard one. Understand I will eat this from other restaurants even if it's run over by a tank and then a goat-herd. But the Dunkin Donuts version was sooo bad I threw it out. 5/8/2023 9:22am Chj#785 85846 Order

Why when no one is in front of you in the line or inside the store for that matter do you make someone wait for several mins at the drive thru menu. Oh yes and once we pulled up the employee was RUDE. Major attitude.

Front door looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Entire place was very dirty. Tried to order chocolate ice cream and they didn't even have that.
