Tried this place for the first time and ended up getting horrible food poisoning. Really, really disappointed since the ice cream was pretty good ? I don’t think I’ll be retuning.

The customer service was great. Ice cream was great too and the staff were kind enough to keep a wallet I had left until I got back and I am deeply grateful. Your team work with a sense of integrity and that is amazing.

Ice creamed when I found out how close we lived to Brusters. They have so many awesome flavors and they are anything but vanilla. Aldough you may have concerns about crowds on a weekend, the staff is really friendly and they don’t conedone rude customers. My favorite time to go is at the end of a weekend, on a sundae.

We ordered Banana Split, it took over 7 minutes to make the item, the scoops were less than usual same with topping, I am not sure if there is issue with saving cost, regardless compare to other Brusters this location is not up to par with others.
Reply to your false assumption; My wife and I were in fact there, and we have proof, and if you going to quote a penalty, then my wife and I will gladly provide our evidence, please act on it so the public can see what kind of establishment you operate, in regards the accusation you made that we did this for someone who you turn down the catering that is false and invalid, however I am glad you did turn it down for whatever reason, that catering would have been a disaster with the quality of your product.The review will stay, if we could give no star we would, I have asked my wife to reply to your false accusation.The shake was sour, and later it was confirmed the milk was expired.Does anyone check the product expiration date, its summer and all has to be kept fresh and in proper setting.

The location is unsanitary and the portion are much smaller than other location, the worse was the german roaches on the counter, this is the sign that this business has sanitaion issues.
