4 stars for frozen coke. Got our order wrong. And drive through was a bit rude. Better luck next time? Have always preferred BK over the big M. Service is hit or miss. Will update next time around. Fingers crossed for a better experience. Again, I hate leaving bad reviews ?. So im leaving room for error. Bad day? That's okay. I'll be back !!!! Thanks for the frozen coke. It's definitely worth the inconvenience, I suppose.

Service is fast, and food is always hot. I wish they would go back to flame broiling the burgers. You can really taste the difference. This has nothing to do with your establishment; this has to do with the corporation as a whole. Trying to cut corners and make a profit at the same time.

Ordered a whopper and got the impossible whopper. Second time. Service has gotten a little better since they got rid of the other manager. But corporate has never reached out to me, called and left messages. It's like there all hiding and no one takes any responsibility for this store. No one will give you the corporate number or the general manager number to contact and voice your complaint. There obviously all here for a paycheck and never ever return your calls. I had to call Florida cuz no one in Georgia will take responsibility for their store's. Maybe one day they will all grow up and take responsibility for all there miss doing! Until then I will continue to play general manager here since, no one will accept the title and no one will step up and fix all these issues that accumulated the last 2 years. My son request burger king most of the time. But he's getting tired of the impossible whopper being swopped out for a whopper! Well i hope this message finds burger kings hidden or hiding corporate office who never takes accountability for all the issues here. The General management sure don't!

I ordered online since they have deals. It was convenient as well. Didn't wait long, they found my order. Food was just ok. Chicken nuggets were hard. Cheeseburger was good. We just needed something quick to eat and this sufficed. Not in a rush to come back though. There are other fast food restaurants that are better quality.

The lady named Damada in the drive thru is so good fast and helpful! I told her how great she was and very efficient and can catch on to big orders and ring them up correctly! A lot of fast food restaurants around here needs a Damada!

This restaurant delivers a consistent Burger King experience, and they keep the drive thru moving.
The food tasted good. However, there was a small miscommunication with how I wanted on a few of the hamburgers. When I was trying to help before they were finished making them entirely, there was a slight attitude given. I then tried to apologize to be polite and was COMPLETELY disregarded and over talked by one of the supervisors or managers who were helping prepare orders. That is not great customer service at all! And I have worked in the field for over 15 years.

We went to grab a quick lunch and the whole time we are trying to order the man is rushing us. When we got our food we were missing cheese on our burger and we were missing chicken nuggets and we got spicy nuggets and it looked like the dumped hot sauce all over them. The fires was terrible same with the cheese sticks.
It's BK. The kids like the chicken fries.
