The fish did not look like "fish," it was 2 pieces of very brown "strips" of "something." Will not be going back. It appeared that food was cooked to order, and it was hot - but I was so repulsed by the "fish," that I tossed the whole "dinner" in the trash. Was not the tasty Captain D's meal I was used to. ?

The food is okay but the drive thru cashier was begging for tips. He even told me “no tips no food”. He wouldn’t give me my food until I asked for my money back. What going on? Captain D’s cashier beg for tips? Definitely not coming back.

To Slow!!! and just seems overwhelmed, running fingers through hair and touching people food as if people can't see such carelessness and sloppiness pertaining to Food Handling. No Way someone who sees everything, the slightest kitchen violation would ever eat here. People need to be retrained, building needs painting, I couldn't do it and I'm not stopping at any of the other ones.

I had never been to this one. I usually go to the Villa Rica one but I was happy with the food at that location. Went through the drive through but the service was very sweet and a pleasure. I don’t know about the atmosphere inside.

So I go there today and there is 3 male employees just sitting in the lobby. No one answered the call box when I waited and waited I finally drove around back near the lobby they wouldn’t make eye contact with me at all today is 1/16/2024 it 6:35 this happened about 10 min ago now I’m at chic-fil-a way better service. Please look at the cameras because this is such a upsetting incident which also they had the lights out early yesterday

Captain d's is one of my guilty pleasures. Unfortunately, the vast majority of their restaurants are abysmal. Poor service, dirty dining area, always good food though. This one is the exception. At least the night we went.The staff was very nice and quite attentive! The dining room was shockingly clean. Obviously it's a super old restaurant, like every other captain d's they too were last remodeled in the 90s, but they have kept it in great shape. And of course, the food was great tasting per usual.This may be the nicest captain d's I've ever been to.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and nice staff that helps you when your hands are full

The fish was more the size of fish sticks it looked like they had cut it in half . I will never go back .
Unbelievable experience. Ordered a 10 piece family meal and extra. Was told the establishment was open until 10 pm. Made order before 730pm. Walked in to pick it up and had to wait as employees ignored me and talked among themselves. After some time and employee said they was cleaning the grease trap and would be a 40 minute wait at least. Responded with guess I will wait since I ordered online and already paid for it. While waiting there was another couple there and not only did they have food but kept coming up and ordering more food and getting items and going back and eating while I sat there as they was extremely rude waiting for my food. Then they leave a message saying they want to talk to me but nothing. No response which explains why terrible service.

I'm giving 5 stars all across the board simply because my food was SUPER FRESH.. so hot that I could barely bite it and that's exactly how fresh I like my food to be! It was worth the wait. Don't come here if you don't want to or can't wait in line for a while. Not sure if they are short staffed or what but I was in no rush. My food was super fresh so I was super happy! Thank you! Keep up the great work!

I must say the service is always a hit and miss here.. This time I went here the cashier was outside blowing the drive thru camed in (with out washing his hands ) to serve us .. my girl is very observing of thing like this and she didn't want no parts of it. But this what they serve to us that day.. I'm like they should be ashamed of they self. This was the catfish plate..which looked more like a kids plate

Good food, great prices... Questionable food safety, hygiene and customer service. They need to do a better job with staffing, I can tell they found the cheapest labor possible. I made the mistake of going inside after the drive thru to use the restroom. Cashier/Drive thru person was eating behind the register, no gloves. Cooks were playing loud rap music, no uniforms? Anyways, very sketchy environment, I don't think I'll be back at this store anytime soon.

This is usually One of my favorite places to eat but they are sliding down the Hill when it comes to customer service and food quality.. when I ask for extra tartar sauce and offer to pay for it I should not get an attitude from anyone. Besides when I order a 4 piece fish dinner and extra 6 hush puppies I should get more than 2 Small sauces..
