Ice cream machine never works, especially on the night shift! Like how?! It’s always broken. Well fix it! Customer service is a joke. Just close the store then! Never coming back!

I had a DoorDash mobile order and went to the first drive through to get it. Got to the window and the employees were just talking kept avoiding eye contact and wouldn’t come to the window. One was even on his phone with his pants sagged down to his ankles. One of them finally came to the window and asked if we had a mobile order and we said yes. He shut the window and proceeded talking to the other employees. While all this is happening there was about 4 cars in the other lane that got help right away and their food. This is the worst checkers I’ve ever been to and will never be back because of the lack of customer service and racism.

I usually don’t do this, but this was so bad that I needed to write it. When I ordered, the machine did not understand me, it went through one of the persons inside. He did talk to me twice, ask me something and then just don’t talk. I was assuming he did not understand me, I moved forward the line because they finished with the two previous customers in line. When I was in the window, they were looking and taking time to come to me, then he asked me about the drink I was kinda upset but never said anything. He made clear that only two people were working, which was never the problem. He asked with a tone and made faces through the window, like getting close to me. It was a drive-thru but the space was not that big. I did say to him something about his tone and he continued talking with it through the window. I understand they are short of people, I work myself in customer service but there is no reason to be that way. I was patient enough for 30 minutes in the line to receive very poor customer service.

Hands down the SLOWEST Checkers I've ever been to. Finally after many minutes of standing and watching numerous cars get their orders that drove up long after I arrived at the window, I left. The woman 2 ahead of me that placed her order minutes before still hadn't received it. I used to work at a Rally's (what checkers is up north) and we were focused on speed and quality. Our AVERAGE time from order to delivery was UNDER A MINUTE. Clearly the organization has departed from those values. What a disappointment. The bright spot is that I went somewhere else and got a healthier meal.

Passing through this town. Ate here outside. Picnic table was gross but I had some cloth rags I put down on top of it so we could sit outside the car and eat. The AI person taking the order in the drive through is really weird. Not sure how I feel about it. At least my order was correct. All in all, food was great and we enjoyed it. Would come back.
