if i could rate this a zero i would the service was horrible you have people in there looking like their off drugs and being so disrespectful to people ordering and paying for food after waiting mins for food and had asked before hand for ketchup they forgot to put it in the bag and proceeded to say if we wanted it we had to go back around the line for some ketchup??? probably the most dumbest thing to say since they’re the ones that forgot it over all disgusting and rude employees
I ordered the big buford combo. Noticed the health inspection score of 80. Figured it wasn't so bad. Not more than 2 hours later, I got food poisoning.

Every time I go into the drive through the automated teller always gets my order wrong because they dont check with you what you order at the window. Then tonight I just went through the drive through. And the automated teller started talking to me and then completely stopped. I even shut my truck off and waited for someone to respond. no answer nobody spoke. I was waiting there long enough that my phone rang. And I had a full blown conversation. And still nothing So I go to the window.And the young girl at the window open the window and Said that I would have to go back around after coming through the drive through. Because she cannot take My order I explain to the machine is not working. It started to take my order and then shut off.Horrible customer service horrible, they weren't even busy.I don't know what is going on at checkers here.
