I visited this location on 3/27/24. In was told that I could not go through the drive true with my small utility trailer due to their insurance policy. I have gone through hundreds of chick fil a drive thru’s as well as other restaurants with no issues ever. I was told they could not serve me and that I would have to park on a side street and come into restaurant. I usually visit chick fil a 2 times per week for lunch but I will never visit any of their restaurants ever again. I would rather take my business elsewhere. I will also tell my family and friends to not visit chick fil a anymore.

Everyone is always friendly here. Food was fresh and cooked to order. I didn't feel rushed by them after getting my food even with a line behind me. I don't eat Chick-fil-A often as I don't agree with their conservative Christian views, but as a treat once in awhile this location hasn't let me down!!!
The staff is attentive, it is a clean place you can spend a pleasant time eating, and it has its own play place for the children.Kid-friendliness: It has its own play area for children to have fun

Ordered a #1 combo and was told to pull up to the cow sign to wait for my fries. I ended up waiting for 20 mins. I seen lots of customers exiting the restaurant, so I asked 2 customers did you order fries, and they both replied we ordered a #1 with a coke, yes it comes with fries. So I exited my vehicle and entered the restaurant andseen everyone getting fries with there combos!. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes for my son's food. That morning my 8yr old son asked me to have father and son lunch together and I agreed, he personally asked me to bring him Chick-fil-A for lunch to his Elementary school, it was a father and son time. And I was excited. I didn't end up making it! I really feel I let my 8yr old son down. Later that evening I let him know that there was a mix up at the restaurant and that Dad will return Tomorrow and will make it right. I explained to him accidents happen and we're all human. The next day we enjoyed a awesome lunch together. My son hugged Dad the entire lunch time that I was there. He was so excited and happy I made it.
It seems hard to mess up a staple like Chick-fil-A.Parking: Parking is available, of course, but because of their drive-thru lanes, it make all of it tough.

I place a mobile order and once it was place it said 5-8 mins. I get there and it’s not in the pickup area. I had arrived ten mins after the time they estimated. The team had sense of urgency. On another occasion I place two salads on the app. Went through the drive thru line once I got my food I check my food and sure enough they did put my dressing or toppings for one of my salads.
