Great Service! Very crowded at times but despite this the service was fast and efficient!

We haven't been to Chili's in years. Frankly, the only reason we went tonight was because we had a gift card. We were very pleasantly surprised! The baby back ribs were some of the best I've had in a while. The dry rub, along with the new house BBQ sauce, were both excellent. The Mac-n-cheese was very good, too. Seems that during our absence, the food has gotten much better and it was a very enjoyable experience. I love to be surprised, and we will look forward to having another meal at Chili's soon. Nice job!

Server did not do his job. We asked for the cajun spices on the side, he brought it to the table with the cajun spices & walked away, we brought it to his attention, he said he knew. WHAT!?!? Why didn't you make it right. No refills offered on tea, i can keep going on....... Will not go back! Shame on you Chilis - $40 for lunch for 2 with terrible service.

On par for a chain restaurant. We ate we didn't get sick and someone brought us food. It was what we when there for and we got it. Not that it's bad. We don't go for great food and an dinning experience.

We celebrated my nephew birthday there his favorite restaurant. The quickness of service was great. We got our food quickly and it was good! The cleanness of the store and ambiance was great also. It's been a while sent I ate there but I glad I came. We were at the table arguing Chick-fil-A or Chili's chicken which is best I voted Chili's. I hope to eat there again and will let others know how good it is. Vickie

We came in for a lunch on Saturday, we were seated and got our drinks immediately. Aiden, working in the bar lounge area took our order quickly. Everything was brought out quickly and was hot and delicious. We had a really good experience with our service at this chilis.

We had a great time at East Cobb. Chips and salsa were fresh. Ordered vegetarian options and we received it within 15 minutes. Ambiance was nice. Highly recommended…Vegetarian options: Need vegetarian section in the menu. Had to custom order to get the vegetarian food.
