I went to this Chipotle for the first time . UNFORTUNATELY the service was very slow and the staff who were making and serving were very rude . They even made a wrong plate and did not apologize for thier mistake . I UNDERSTAND they may be under some work pressure but it doesn't mean to show the impoliteness and unpleasant behavior to customers . Honestly I would never visit this location of chipotle ever again .

This is for D or Dee. I’m not sure of the spelling, however she is amazing and patient. It was SO busy during my visit with people who couldn’t make up their minds, kids, it was loud and could easily trigger an attitude for most people. She was so cool and calm the entire time. She moved quickly and efficiently. It’s really hard to keep your cool in situations like this and she did just that and I appreciate that from her. I just wanted to let her know that she is seen and appreciated!

I thought, "it's Chipotle. How bad could it be?". After reading the reviews, I took my chances anyway. Wow, I'm surprised how accurate thebreviews are. The first thing I see is the cook burning the steak, literally saw him take them off the grill charred to a crisp. Then, the lady serving me gave me half a scoop of rice. It looked comical at the tiny portion she put on the tortilla, I told her 3 times to put more. I also ordered a bowl, and the portions were also shockingly small. Almost no steak! Anyway, like others have said, the lettuce was brown, and the employees seemed as though they hated their jobs.

If I could rate 0 stars I would,, i order 2 bowls through Uber eats it was picked up on time and my drop off location was 5 mins away from chipotle when I got my food it was ice cold like it been made this morning,, the lettuce was brown and I had a tea spoon of meat in both bowls,, I took the food back to chipotle to see if they could remake my order the general manager Michelle Franquez stated to me she could not remake my order that she had previously made the order and gave it directly to the Uber eats drive I stated to her if you gave it right to her my food should not be this cold! Again she refused to remake my order so I have lost $41 dollars and I had no food!! I will never go to this store again I didn’t feel as though they cared to even try to accommodate me instead she was willing to throw my food away without remaking it the worst service I have ever received

Very slow service. The point of order ahead should be that your food is ready when you arrive and that you’re not waiting an extra 10 minutes. The employee filling orders was not even acknowledging waiting mobile customers and would complete a bunch of orders at once before putting them on the shelf.

After having to wait 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time to get my food, they made my burrito wrong and didn’t put the drink I paid for in my bag. I did watch the girl making the mobile orders repeatedly step away to take phone calls so she was probably distracted.

Follow Up: I took the time to share more about this experience as requested below [ref:24529611] where chipotle indicated "I know we can do better and would love to make it up to you with a free BOGO"....then never sent the offer. 0 for 2 on this one and a lot of wasted time & money.Placed an online order tonight pick up. Order wasn’t ready 15mins after the pick up time and had to be remade because it wasn’t on the shelf. Got home and the portions on the bowls we ordered were very small. Called and the employee stated that these are the “normal portions” and they forgot my $2.70 quac.

Nasty filthy inside, I was so grossed out we went outside. Then outside trash was overflowing. All the teenagers working here are RUDE. Caught the one guy rolling his eyes because I didn't hear him. Not sure who can understand mumbling. The girl with blue braids kept closing the box before we finished saying what we wanted. No smile, no customer service from anyone. This is the worst location I've ever been to. Surprising for where it's located. Smh. The food was cold, and needed major salt. No napkins out. Entire place just nasty. I felt dirty after eating here. Waste of money. Then found a giant chunk of the lettuce stem thing in my salad. All brown. Yuck. Run.***Edit****This "owner" repeatedly responds to all comments with this same link that leads to nowhere but the ordering website. Smh.

Spent $30 for two bowls for the rice to be completely undercooked and hard. Can't even eat my food. Called to let the store know and sat on hold for 30 minutes.

Always busy. The local teens love it! Good, but. expensive California style burritos. This is a good, healthy option. Expect to pay $20 for a burrito and a drink.
