Piece of meat (steak I think?) in my vegetarian bowl. Luckily I saw it before eating it and I’m not super strict about eating meat, but this is unacceptable for vegetarian customers. Need to be more careful.

General Manager Harrison Tita is disrespectful, product illiterate, and a conflict escalator. I wanted a veggie 3-pointer, but got tension, and childish invocations of his status as manager so as to excuse himself for disrespectful statements: "So now you're going to tell me how to do my job?" No Chipotle, I just want lunch at Chipotle. Nasty psychic pheromone...BTW I worked at chipotle for 12 months in 2014 and this kind of behavior would have NEVER been permissible.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Food quality is terrible. Rice undercooked, brown guacamole, rotten lettuce, etc. They don’t care. I’ve ordered there at least 10 times and there’s always something off.I live right next to it so I was excited when it opened. Unfortunately, it is awful.

Overpriced. Poor customer service. $8 for a 1/4 filled bag of broken tortilla chips. Next time I’ll go to Paradise for better food, better value, better service, free tortilla chips that are not broken.

Ordered 2 items online for takeout last night. Didn't realize until we got home and opened the bag that both items were completely botched, not even close to what was ordered. For example, we ordered a bowl with chicken, and instead they used beef. Chicken was clearly printed on the receipt. Incredible. Of course, it's too late at that point to go back and correct it. Highly disappointing. I'd really steer clear of this location. If they can't get a simple 2 item order right, or don't care, it's best to just avoid altogether.

Chipotle is a franchise that would propose to/ potential to deliver great food, made fresh with good service. It is with disappointment that I must share a sincere *1* star for this Lassiter location.., I say so because this location is close, it would/ could be great! I have visited this location 6 times ( before deciding NO MORE) and 5 of 6 times was poor service, most occasions the employees display poor attitude, discontent and seem unhappy to be there. One occasion stand-talking-sharing mobile phone in back, indicating it is a chore to come forward to help the customer. One occasion they were out of fresh steak and said; we close in an hour, we're not making more. Another occasion , lunch time, walking the preparation line at lunch time - told; no chicken- I said I'm willing wait 5-10 min for fresh chicken, and was told; they aren't making more soon.. another occasion was told there are no tomatoes, & no cilantro. The last time I visited requested a salad with double chicken, I looked down to notice the lettuce was browned edges and thot to myself they serve all day.. how could this be..? I declined the brown lettuce and ordered a double steak burrito. The one bright spot, occurred one Sunday afternoon when a manager came over and inquired about meal- I shared with her that I would like to be a regular customer, but, the service had been terrible several occasions prior and the food often not great/ ordering for 4 people at my office; couple mistakes in to go orders when back at the office. She apologized, she seemed sincere. Overall- poor service, employees-apathetic attitude, errors/mistakes, all of which is too bad..

The food was great. I will be back. But they should really make sure their servers are more "delightful". The young lady brought, my energy and my daughter's down like 10 levels. The cashier was good though. They just need more service training. Or maybe she was just having a bad day?

We order from Chipotle’s at least once a week. The last 3 times our food as been prepared so poorly. The burrito bowl has literally had not even a full scoop of rice, it initially looked as if there was no rice under the cheese. I counted this last time and had 4 pieces of fajita veggies and the tomato salsa was almost nonexistent. The poorest I’ve received as of yet. This is unacceptable. I no longer will order from this location. I rather go out of my way then spend my money at that location. Do yourself a favor go to another location.

Being open till 11 is huge sense i get off work at 10. Good portion serving most of the time especially for a chipotle. Staff is very cool but i do miss dax from time to time.
