By far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Tonight, I decided to order delivery and that took over two hours to be delivered and there were multiple delivery drivers that accepted the order and WAITED 15 minutes just for the order to not be ready and for them to cancel. Then when the food was finally ready the driver said they “were out of guac and pico”. I ordered chips and there were no chips either. This chipotle is so poorly managed and unprofessional. Even when you go inside the service is no better.

Be prepared to wait at this Chipotle, any time of day, especially when they first open. They are supposed to open at 10:45am daily, however, they are never ready to actually start serving food until, after 11:00am. I just walked in at 10:56am on a Saturday, and the manager said give them about 15 mins. There’s no food in the slots and they just started cooking the chicken. If I had other means of transportation, I would certainly never come to this location again. I’m at the point where I’m about to stop eating out period. Sick of poor customer service, uncleanliness, low quality food from everyone rushing, only being at work for a check, and these big name corporations not giving a damn about how their businesses are actually being ran. People need to love what they do, or please don’t do it at all. Lastly, the bathroom is always a mess, with nothing to dry your hands, unfortunately, again, when they first open. See pics below for the restroom, I didn’t want to take pics of no food being available due to me not wanting to have any issues receiving my food.

I waited in line for 10mins, only to get to the front of the line and they’re out of just about all the meat except pork. The cook said it would be 30mins wait for white rice, the lady on the line making the food said 15mins on the beef, and 10mins on the chicken. The restaurant was a mess, line was long,under staffed and no one even apologized or said even said they were out of anything until i had waited 10mins in line. If i could give a zero i absolutely would.

Every time I’ve placed a mobile order, the app says it’s ready for pickup but the food is not ready. Once I had to wait an HOUR to get my food. Very unhappy with order pickup and service.UPDATE: the past couple of times I’ve been my order has been perfect using the app and drive thru pickup. Changing my review because of this improvement!

I’ve had 2 bowls from this location, both about a week apart, and they were genuinely the best chipotle bowls I’ve ever had. I’ve been eating chipotle for years as well. Everything was perfectly cooked. Inside of the location was nice and clean as well. Whoever they have running this location is doing an amazing job because some other chipotle’s I’ve been to have legit paled in comparison

Ordered online through Uber eats and when my order arrived, it was disgusting! They left out ingredients that I had selected and the rice was very gummy! Also, I ordered chips with my order and didn't receive them. I've ordered from this location 3 times, and each time, they forget my chips! You can tell that the meat had been out for a minute because it was very rubbery and distasteful! I will NEVER order from this location again

Had to go through the online cancellation which took another 20 min. Not a good experience, seems this restaurant does not have a working management or planning.
