Me and my son went here late night after work and we order a 10 piece chicken leg thigh she gave us left over chicken it was disgusting the one in douglasville taste better and is better. The food was disgusting. We ended up throwing it out after wasting money on buying it. Horrible will not recommend going there..

Bro it makes no sense, that this is considered a fast food chain. But the line takes 20 minutes plus, and I’m talking 20 minutes at the order box. Staff is rude, uncivilized, & unprofessional. The worst part is definitely the wait tho. If you have 30 minutes - 1 hour to waste, then by all means come here.

I love the food Church's Texas Chicken but this location has terrible customer service. The employee are not the most friendly or professional ones. They person who toke my order can even count I order 6 biscuits and he personally gave me 3.I wish this location can make some changes in their management so maybe it can be a better place to buy food.?

Service at the window was terrible, it took them several times to take my simple order correctly and after waiting in line I still had to drive around and park to wait for my food to be made, because they didn't have my order correct at the window smh.

They gave me fries that were old. You can tell they were old by how chewy they were. And they just threw salt on them. They told me I had to wait on the chicken so I assumed the sandwich and the chicken wrap was going to be fresh but neither one was fresh at all. The chicken in the wrap was soggy and you can tell the chicken sandwich was already made too. There should have been no wait because I got food that had to be out for some hours at least.

Ordered. chicken and tasted like it was cooked in old grease or refried. Then I was given wrong chicken pieces asked for legs and given thighs. Asked for pieces to be replaced and told it would take an hour to cook a chicken leg.

Every time I go to this specific churches, I spend nothing less of 60 dollars, and each time, the GIRL WITH A FACE FULL OF PERCINGS has NEVER gotten my order right. I asked for 16 pieces, and she gave me nothing but legs and wings, lol. Needless to say a meal that normally lasts 2 or three 3days only lasted a day. I'm not in the habit of wasting money . Won't be back.
