I tried giving them a second chance but they just proved they cant change. Poor customer service

If you're into overpriced non alcoholic drinks then this is your spot

Management very rude, should learn some customer service. They're not transparent with their charges and they charge you for things you didn't order and claim that someone from your group ordered it

Make sure you’re mindful of your bill because they’ll double price you for everything. Never returning

Clubhouse ATL should remove the restaurant in its name as they are not serving real food. My wife and I went to support an event for a friend. We ordered food - at least we thought we did. My wife ordered mild buffalo wings and got fried breaded chicken. I ordered steak tacos and received ground beef labeled as steak. I have never seen ground steak before. We did not trip on the food or send it back as our intention was to support our friend and not necessarily to have a great meal. The bill comes and includes a $20 fee for NOT SMOKING HOOKAH. The waitress explain to us that since it is a hookah lounge, anyone who does not order a hookah will be charged this fee. She also explains she took it easy on us and only charged it to one person when it should have been charged to both of us - so $40. This fee is not communicated or written anywhere - we asked and it was acknowledged it is not communicated anywhere. Guess you just gotta intuitively know one is coming. On top of that fee, there is a 20% service charge. We were not a large group - just two of us eating at the bar. We spent $45 in food but our total bill was $80.

Be male otherwise they dont pay you any attention. No check in since we got our chaser and Hookah but have seen the bartender check on everyone else. Your money can be well spent somewhere else.

-10 STARS! The fact the owner or whoever the guy is told security "If they Nigerian you don't have to check them but if they American check everything."
We came there to watch the Crawford vs Spence fight. We ordered hookahs and a bottle of liquor. The power goes out and never comes back on after a 40 min wait. Waitress comes over and says we need to pay. It was $600. The owner decided not to discount anything despite us not being able to watch the fight nor the items we paid for. He offered no compensation at all. Terribly executed in this night. I don’t know about other nights

I believe customer service is the foundation for a successful business and Clubhouse Atl has the worst in the city. I went to Clubhouse Atl to watch a boxing match between Spencer and Crawford. 15 mins before the fight starts the power goes out, instead of speaking to us the owner sends the waiters over to collect the 50 dollar pre person fee for the fight. The owner wouldn’t negotiate.

My friend and I attended an event here and only ordered one item from the menu, wings, which somehow came to a total of $80. Clear lack of transparency, and unfortunately failure to communicate in general; we will not return. as others have mentioned, be mindful of your bill and understand their charging and fee structure prior to visiting.
