I had the veggie omelette and added ham, biscuit, hash browns and I must say it was a great breakfast. Everything was cooked just right - not overcooked or undercooked. I will come back again when I’m in the area.

Good ol' homestyle cooking! Haven't had anything bad yet. The breakfast is good. The lunch is good. Definitely get there early for lunch. The line is usually out the door. I usually get whatever lunch specials they have for that day. But try the smoked meatloaf.

This is a great little place for breakfast. I went in on Friday March 15, 2024 at about 11:15am for some late breakfast (they serve breakfast all day). It’s a walk up counter to order. I had one of the “mamas specials” of eggs, bacon, cheese grits and biscuit. The eggs over medium were perfect, the bacon was good and cheese grits were perfectly thick. The biscuit was fresh and excellent. Great atmosphere with plenty of sitting room and parking. Very convenient location. All staff were polite and professional.

Do not judge this restaurant by the strange building they operate in. If you do you will miss a delicious treat. I have been twice and they have exceeded my expectations both time. The fried green tomatoes and homemade ranch are to die for. Yum. Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, made from scratch biscuits. Fresh made to order onion rings.Decided to treat myself with the most delicious coconut cake (besides my moms) ... I have ever eaten. Oh and for the ICE lovers out there they have the good ice!!Parking: Park off to the side of the building rather than the front, much more spacious.
Service was at the counter. Nice staff. Coffee was good. Food was good but pricey. Super kitch atmosphere.

Stopped for breakfast (which they serve all day), and left with a happy tummy. My eggs were cooked just right and the grits were nice and creamy. My husband enjoyed his biscuit as well. The menu is full of southern meals and veggies. We will have to go back and try some of those. The place has a diner/cafeteria feel to it with eclectic decor. It makes you feel welcome. The service was fast and friendly. My only "ding" is that the prices seemed a little high, but that seems to be everywhere these days.
