Do not eat here because you will get sick they are not clean people they are horrible people the girl on the drive thru was high as a kite I wouldn’t trust that location with anything that I had to eat and they also need new management in as soon as possible.???

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Always irritated that you’re even there. Rush you at the drive thru. My husband ordered my meal and before he could say anything else they quickly gave him a price. I always order a burger plain and you would think they’d appreciate not having to add extras but they do it anyway. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a correct order. Previous visit I ordered cheese fries and when I came back around to have it corrected they were so rude and make you feel like it’s YOUR fault. Management should be fired along with every employee here. My 6 year old could give better service than these children. I continue to visit in the HOPES they might be nice this time but they never fail to prove you wrong and act like your interrupting their day just by being there. If I could give their service 0 stars I would. Corporate needs to come in and clean house. Pathetic.

A bunch of good looking young ladies with friendly, welcoming customer service skills make going there better. The food is what you'd expect from a quick BBQ food - truck. Their shakes are pretty good. Since we lost Sonic in this neighborhood a few years ago, Cook Out makes up for that loss, plus the atmosphere is much nicer.Parking: For those who may be physically impaired, there are spaces directly in front of the ramp-way onto the concrete sidewalk at the entrance.For everyone else, there are about 15 tables that easily seat 4 people each, but they could take 3 kids each on a school field trip or college kid meet-ups. Parking for about 40 cars is available for Cook Out customers with overflow in the rear of the building adjace the drive-through, which wraps the building.
