Tried Cousins for the first time today and was not disappointed! The lobster rolls and lobster bisque were delicious and the customer service was top notch!! Thanks to Ricky and Rob for making our visit so much fun!

I had the opportunity to meet some new “cousins” today! I’m a TRUE foodie, I eat out often and am always searching for good vibes as well as delicious food. If I could give a 10/10 I would. From the very 1st interaction to the last, I was impressed. They were friendly, knowledgeable about the history of the company AND menu. I had the lobster grilled cheese and fries. I will be back! We wasted $70We wanted to love the food so badly because the service was spot on, but if you serve food with minimum ingredients, then everything has to be perfect, and it was not. We got both types of lobster rolls. Incredibly bland. The lobster was overcooked, and for the amount of lobster meat, the price was way too high.We also got a lobster bisque and a clam chowder. Both very bland.

Went to Marietta Square and saw many food options but Cousin's stood out to me! The wait for my food wasn't long at all and the service was excellent (delivered with a smile and great energy). The lobster was fresh and tasted amazing! There was a small piece of a shell in the roll but other than that, no issues! The tater tots were fresh and hit the spot! 10/10 would go again!

We traveled two an half hours just to eat at Cousins for the Lobster. So disappointed. Service was great but don't waste your time or money to go. This should explain why we went our first and last time.

Don’t waste your money. For $23 you can get a lobster roll, which is basically a hot dog bun with a little bit of lobster inside of it. I wouldn’t complain about the portion size if it tasted the part, but the lobster had lackluster flavor and a rubbery texture shoved inside a smushed bun. Makes sense why i was the only one ordering from there

We’ve had food from their food trucks before and it was very good. Total waste of money. Extremely slow service to even have someone come to the register. That should have been a clue. Oh well. Can’t see how they can stay in business much longer.

When I got to the counter there was no one there. I had to wait for them to notice me. It took so long I left and returned to find the counter empty again. I had to call out for an employee. I ordered 2 Connecticut rolls and had to wait again. Went to get drinks from another restaurant. When I opened my coleslaw I found a very long black hair in it. I paid $23 x2 for my meal! Very disappointed in the service !

Fast and friendly service. The Connecticut roll was good, not great, but good, while the lobster grilled cheese left something to be desired. Sandwiches are quite small, snack sized portions really, and are served with a tablespoon of cole slaw, no exaggeration. And they forgot to give us our whoopie pie dessert before they locked up and left. Cute place to check out but there are better lobster places.
