Delightful and soft. Perfectly baked & fresh. Beautifully presented. Very nice employees that showed the cookies to us when we picked it up to make sure they were to our satisfaction. Will definitely be back!Parking: Plenty of free parking.

The cookies, 5 stars as always! I rarely stray away from my Chocolate Chip Fave, but I will say the French Toast cookie is actually really tasty!The only downside to this order, Idk if the delivery drivers are door dashers or part of the CRUMBL staff, but I notice when I leave a good tip, the delivery is not so great. This driver left my cookies @ the front door on the ground. Before another driver left them on my garage floor because the door was open.I would love if the drivers would go the extra mile and just ring the bell and hand me the box. I usually meet them at the door to prevent this, but this particular time, I was unable to make it to the door in time.Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Service has never been friendly here, but never worthy of a review until now. Ordered cookies one evening for a birthday. They weren't ready before close so they told us to come back in the morning. If I needed them in the morning, I would've ordered them the next day! We were told 8:30 and we could pick them up. They were not ready then, and the team didn't really care that their screw up was making me late. Then they tried to scam me and omit 10 cookies. Terrible service for subpar overpriced cake mix cookies. I mean, place is basically run by teenagers, maybe they need more support from people with more critical thinking and reading skills.
