I usually don’t complain about this dunkin because I always get the same order and it has not failed me until this morning. I did my usual mobile order of course and when I got there, there was a few cars in line for drive thru. You would expect my cold brew to be ready by the time I arrive and got to the window. However, I had to wait a few minutes to get my drink. As I got my drink, I noticed it was not what I asked for. I ordered it with cold foam and I had to tell them to add it. It also tasted different from what I usually get. Other than the friendly workers, I was not satisfied with my experience this morning.

This DD is in my community and every time I have visited , it has not been the best experience. This last time I sat in the drive through for 7 minutes. And all the young lady kept saying is please be patient. There were cars behind me and one in front. I think there needs to be adults they are in the morning. That know what they're doing because it seems like it's too many young people working that don't know what to do. It is very convenient and I want to patronize them, but the manager needs to get it together.

The workers are always so sweet and friendly in the morning when I stop in on my way to work but their food is absolutely awful. This was after I even asked to please not burn the bagel or make it too dark. I went inside to have it replaced and although the second one wasn’t burnt, it was hard and inedible. I guess if I keep coming here I will have to stick to just coffee because every time I order food I end up throwing it away and wasting my money.

Worst service ever. Sunday late mornings and not busy at all at this location. It looks dirty and of course service was horrible. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and coffee, the coffee needed to be brewed and the guy completely forgot about the coffee. We got our breakfast sandwiches and they guy at the front counter flat out said I forgot about the coffee and no apologies at all. We got the coffee after eating our breakfast and it wasn't even right, no cream or sugar. I can see now what this store has 1.9 stars. I won't be coming here at all and I don't recommend it at all.

Every time i come here there is no one inside and it takes 20+ minutes to get my coffee and snack. I want to give the biggest shoutout to Bryan this worker went above and beyond to make sure i got my food I’ve waited 15 min for. He always is very polite, considerate. Thank you Bryan for being awesome.

I was there on Saturday, no one greet me for 10 minutes and I had to try to get attention from the manager for a question. I just want to know how long it took for a big order since they don’t care about the business so I ordered from other dunkin. It seem like they only care about drive thru and ignored customer in dining.

I purchased a gift card for my daughter's birthday. She tried to use the gift card and it was invalid. I went back to the store and was told they can't do anything with out the receipt although I have the slip that shows it was purchased at their location and the amount. This is clearly an error on their behalf. What happen to taking care of the customer. We will no longer purchase from this location.
