Service was prompt and friendly. Family of 5 for the Baskin Robin's ice cream treat of the night. Everything was great. The floor had some straw rappers and food crumbs, but it was ok. It didn't look dirty. It just needed a sweep.

They don't smile (especially the super tall girl). You can order on the app 10mins prior, and 15 mins later it's not done. You mean to tell me if I was at the drive thru I would be holding up the line for 15 mins?I have no clue why this is not marked down in inspections. Why would the donuts not be in container with a door? I seen 3 flies in there landing on all these donuts. I have a video but it won't allow me to post it. But when you order a sandwich. The stuff just be thrown on it and it doesn't look anything like the picture.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts to go to period. I’m not sure what has happened. I don’t see the same people working there and the service is horrible. The wait is long, They are not friendly and courteous. Management definitely needs to look into this.

I ordered 2 medium coffees with specific instructions. When I got to the window, the drive thru attendant told me the preparer made the wrong size. I informed them that was way to much and the preparer quickly got an attitude and sent me to park, where we waited way to long for 2 coffees. The drive thru attendant was sweet but whoever was making the coffees, which I believe was probably the manager was super rude at 10a.

Such a bad visit. I got a hot Macha that had no flavor. Basically just hot milk.With it I got a coffee roll that was not good at all. It was extremely dry and definitely did not taste fresh. It also had very little flavor. I could have gotten something better at a gas station.Definitely save yourself and just go across the street to Marietta Perks. Way way better food, drinks, and customer service

Just came from ordering a mobile pickup order. It was extremely underwhelming. My iced coffee tastes like water..the flavor I can actually tastes is giving artificial...the chorizo wrap is dry, overly breaded and has no flavor..and I got approximately 5 hash rounds with my order. This is more so a dunkin problem, not a store issue, besides the watery coffee. Overall, the employees were eh. I spoke first, and they replied have a good day. Won't be returning.

Four of us went there to get coffee and doughnuts and we all got sick and weak stomach. Not sure if they don't wash their hands or what's going on plus service was bad had me sitting I my car for a long time without saying wait or hold on. Also the cashier put my visa in his pocket and I had to ask for it back.

I was there this morning to buy breakfast and it was just me alone there and the cashier take forever to serve me my food. 2 Her nails was so so long like come on man you people are serving food why your nails have to be so long and she has on no gloves.I order frozen Carmel coffee I told her that there is no Carmel in the coffee she was so rude about it she went and get another stuffs she came I told her that my coffee has no Carmel and just say oh there is Carmel in the coffee and just lock the window and walk away like what kind of services is that... I love buying my food from that DD at macland road those people customer services are so good but i can see that people alway having problems with this DD by just looking at the review... I will never ever go back to that place and I would advice other people not too either because the staffs are not nice people I had to Trask my coffee because their didn't put what I want mess up my morning.... WACKY SERVICES... I bought other stuff too so is not just my coffee smh

Got a waffle cone and one scoop of ice cream in a cup. The waffle cone was definitely old and stale. There was a piece of hair in the other ice cream.
