Very seldom do I leave 1 star reviews. But this establishment deserves nothing more. The management should be a positive example to the other staff. The customer service here was undoubtedly one of the worse. The manager was very rude, unprofessional, and possessed a racist demeanor. She was unwilling to come to any type of arrangement. I will not be patronizing here ever.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My coworkers and I order food there at least twice a month. This particular time the manager took our order and she was very rude. Got there and the order was COMPLETELY wrong. I called back up there and a guy answered and told me to bring it back. When I got there AGAIN, the manager met me at the counter and said my order was correct and she was not going to make it again. She also said she was not going to give me my money back and then she called the police. The police agreed she was being ridiculous and asked her to give me a refund. She replied with " why would I do that and lose money from the business " horrible attitude and horrible person. I will be contacting the BBB. Do not go here and expect to be treated like a customer especially from management.

If I could give negative stars I would. The service was completely awful. Called in the food and the lady was immediately rude. Got back to the office with the food and everything was wrong. Was told to bring the food back and once got back, lady said she was not going to fix the food or give a refund. Been going to the restaurant for 2 years and to be treated like that was crazy! Would never step foot back in that place!

Horrible food and horrible service. Manager on duty messed up our food and would not fix it. Also would not give us our money back. We left hungry and out of lunch money AFTER she called the police on us
Short staffed sign on the door... IMPRESSED! hands down the best service, food came out quickly hot and fresh. The team work amongst the staff was amazing. Drinks kept full, chips replenished and empty plates removed. Y'all did an amazing job! Bravo!!

This used to be me and my husbands go to Mexican restaurant for the last 18 years. It had been a while since we had been because of a new Mexican restaurant that opened down street that we have come to really enjoy. We recently went for dinner and only one other couple was there in the middle of what one would normally consider the dinner rush. The service is and always has been great but that is about the only thing I can give a positive review on. First, this place needs to be renovated! As soon as you walk in it feels and looks dirty and old. Second, the quality of food that is being served does not match the price tag. Their pricing is the same as the newer Mexican restaurant down the road and the food/drinks cannot compete. Nothing taste fresh and does not even look appetizing. Sadly after our last experience, we will not be coming back.

Food is alright. My friends enjoyed it but it was just some typical generic tex mex. Nothing special. As someone who lived in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood area, this food is nothing compared to authentic.
